“Prt 1, When I visited this Prime storage facility I noticed that it was very well kept. When I went inside to inquire, the manager Natalie, was very informative, polite, and easy to work with. She helped me to set up the app to open the gate, just very helpful.

I needed a use for a second unit in a hurry for work related reasons so I talked with Natalie and within minutes she had me a second unit close to the one that I rent now. I have noticed with all the staff at the managers office everyone has been polite and very helpful.”

From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He was always willing to answer questions and go out of his way to assist us whenever we needed help.
The facility itself was very clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, but Brock is what truly made our experience exceptional. His positive attitude and willingness to help made the entire process much easier and more pleasant.

“I have multiple units and one if them wasn't getting paid properly but the others were, I was at risk for foreclosure even though my other units were fine (all paid on same card). Tracy was a great help, we figured out what was going wrong, updated a bunch of outdated information and got me access back to my unit. It's easy to earn five stars when everything is going fine it's harder when random things pop up. I give Extra Space & Tracy 5 atars.”

“I was having all my floors in my house refinished. I have an old home, with a long narrow driveway. When I inquired about the size of the storage units, Tony helpfully gave me a document with the dimensions of the COW. It was perfect, not like another storage unit which was way too wide. This was more narrow, but taller. I was able to fit my armoires/wardrobes that were over 6 feet easily.”
