I loved working with Dave at Abby Home Medical A friend and I attended RootsTech for the first time and didn’t realize just how much walking was required. I called Dave and he delivered a scooter within 30 minutes. The scooter made a huge difference in my friend being able to enjoy her time there. We’re already planning on renting a scooter for next year. Thanks again!!!

Abby went above and beyond. I had scheduled a rental with a different company for Monday delivery. By Friday at 4 they had not confirmed so I called Abby. They answered after hours, confirmed availability AND delivery by Monday morning, and sent me a super easy online payment form. He text me when he delivered the scooter and I text him when I left it for pickup. The rental process could not have been easier. I would highly recommend Abby as a local, dependable, extremely customer service oriented provider of mobility in SLC!

We had the BEST experience with Abby Home Medical. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly every step of the way. I highly recommend you use them to provide all the equipment you need to care for your loved ones. We were able to get a lift recliner and hospital bed for a month for less than 3 days co-pay at a nursing facility. Five star experience for sure!!

The lift chair that we rented was exactly what my husband needed. It helped his recovery immensely. When we rented it, we got it quickly. The owner is kind and courteous and his son even came and helped. A great local family business. I highly recommend them and I would use this company again.

Abby home medical is the BEST!!! I was in an emergency need of a power chair. Abby rented out to me the last week of the month and waited until the beginning of the next month to bill me so that I wouldn’t go into overdraft with my bank. Then they were flexible with my schedule by letting me keep the chair a few days longer until I was able to return it and did not charge me for the extra days. I would DEFINITELY recommend them. They are the best…..bar none.

Rented a motorized scooter end of September for FanX. Dave was great and no issues with pickup and delivery. Loved that I didn't have to put a deposit down to reserve the scooter. Would definitely use them again.

Abby Home Medical came to the rescue when I needed a mobility scooter. Dave had it delivered to me within a few hours, showed us how to use it, and followed up to make sure all was going well. Renewal was a breeze (I needed it for an extra two weeks) and pick up was smooth also. The scooter worked great and was easy to use. A huge help when I needed it most. Thank you!

Last minute we decided we needed a mobility scooter for my mom to use while traveling to the Oregon coast. Dave was so helpful. My mom wouldn’t have been able to see or do the things she did without the help from Abby Home Medical. We’re so grateful for their help! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I recently went to see Dave at Abby Home Medical after being told by an employee at IMC that he was the place to go to get a rental electric scooter. I received Incredible service and left feeling like Dave was a friend. He was very helpful and explained exactly how to use the scooter, answering all of my questions.Upon returning the scooter, I purchased a couple of pieces of equipment that I will use after having hip replacement surgery. Again, he was very helpful & friendly, helping me understand the difference between the items.I cannot say enough good things about Dave and his store. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

We needed a wheelchair on very short notice. Not only was Dave able to accommodate us, he went out of his way to assist in pickup when our rental was over. More than that, it is obvious that Dave really cares about the people he helps. We thank him for everything. Highly recommend!!!

Dave at Abby was the best. Searched a lot on Amazon and read all the one star ratings for mobility scooters. Also found out a huge problem with the Amazon stuff is no one seems to honor warranties. Dave said he stood behind all he sells. Called a couple local outlets but their products were slammed on Amazon in some cases. Price was the same even a little better as I was upgraded on the GoGo unit I bought. I have one at work that is seven years and still running fine and now I have one for home. Thank you Dave!
