Ace Hardware Cottonwood is a great, friendly local hardware store with excellent customer service. Employees are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store has a fantastic and incredible selection, especially of items like fasteners and hex bolts, and is way better than bigger box stores. There is a cool basement area with unique items. They are helpful on the phone, make price matching easy, and provide a very good pickup experience. It is a reliable hardware store where the staff knows the inventory well.
