A donation of any size makes a difference. Volunteer: Our need for volunteers is constant and continues to evolve as we navigate this health crisis. Visit the Red Cross Website for opportunities, including supporting blood donations and providing help from home. The workers here are nice. Good staff and pleasant accommodations. The Rapid Pass bit served me poorly considering my ongoing volunteering to donate. Inconsistent. I am a big wuss when it comes to pain. There doesn't seem to be any in-between—they either do fantastic or they hurt me badly. I like the app to help me schedule appointments and do my Rapid Pass. People are kind and do a good job. The turnover of people seems to be more common than years past but that seems to be the norm everywhere now. They are doing some updating of the space (paint, flooring, etc) which it needs. Hopefully they will improve the small evaluation spaces too. Red Cross donation center equipped for blood, platelet, and plasma donations. Kind and efficient staff keep the process moving so you don't have to wait a long time to make your donation. The many cheery thanks you get after donating provides a lot of recharging energy. It makes a very positive experience and great reminder of how these donations are helping so many others in such a wonderful way.
