“Will recommend!! Michael provided an overall fantastic customer service experience. I first called to check the part's availability and spoke to him on the phone. He helped me find my model part and let me know the part was in stock. Upon arriving at their store, Michael again greeted me promptly. He quickly got me the part and compared it to the old one. Upon noticing that the connector was slightly different on the new model, Michael didn't hesitate to call the manufacturer for a fix. He even asked a regular customer, assumingly a repair man, his opinion. While the manufacturer was little help, Michael provided me with his solution and let me know about other potential issues. Plus, I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Appliance Parts Company and Michael, thank you for your fantastic customer service.”

“Be vary careful when delivering here. There is a lot of people high on drugs in this area. One of them on foot with just a bathrobe on just ran really hard into my drivers door yelling some thing that did not make sence. I hope he is ok. The paramedics told me that this happens all the time in this area. I was surprised to see this in Salt Lake City.”

“This review is about Home Depot online appliances and at the end, about the Home Depot store on 2100 S in Salt Lake City. First, their Online selection is great. They offer many brands, various styles, sizes and price ranges. My old washer failed, so during the sales I ordered a front-loading washer at a low price, not the cheapest. I owned 2 excellent Samsungs in the past. Home Depot had some nice washers so I ordered one. The delivery today came 25 minutes early. They emailed & phoned first; that helped. Carlos & Manuel finished installing it and removing the old washer in 45 minutes, which was good. They showed me the washer worked OK, also! After they left I washed a load of dirty clothes. The new washer cleaned them, with no water leak! Great service, great product! Secondly I like to buy things at the Home Depot at 345 W. 2100 S. It has a good garden section and a lot of the staff at the store are really helpful, so I give this HUGE store 5 Stars, too! I read some other reviews, and I agree, it CAN be hard to find an employee to answer a question, but I work at it & I always succeed. In contrast when I don't find something at the Home Depot on S. Highland Dr, they say, "Well, Home Depot 2100 South has it!"”

“This company has been good to us. We own an appliance repair company and their parts have been nothing but great. Their customer service is fantastic. We ran into some big shipping issues that were our fault and ended up costing us over $700. Ed called me and then he called UPS and ended up getting us over half of the money back. Didn’t expect that at all. But it was very above and beyond. Thank you!”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph at Home Depot, and I can't thank him enough for his exceptional assistance. I initially called the store to inquire about cutting a piece of aluminum for my new closet door frame, only to learn that they could only cut wood pieces. This new information led me to seek help in purchasing a circular saw so I could do the work myself.
Joseph and his team stepped in and provided a master class on circular saws and the types of blades I would need for my project. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He even introduced me to a deal on Ryobi products that perfectly fit my business needs.
With my hands full of metal, Joseph didn't hesitate to help me carry my items, ensuring I had everything I needed. His support saved me a significant amount of time and frustration. “I brought in a commercial tabletop Hobart mixer to be repaired, which they did and it seems to work fine. Took a week to do and I spoke with the technician by phone about the repairs and all went well. The next day I put it to the test and it did not work in 2nd gear. They came out to me and fixed it right away and no additional charge. Works great now. Thank you.”

I have read some other reviews. I agree, it CAN be hard to find an employee to answer a question, but I keep on and I always succeed. In contrast when I don't find something at the Home Depot on South Highland Dr, they say, "Well, Home Depot at 2100 South has it!" Some people prefer Lowe's on 300 West, SLC. It's easier to find staff to ask a question at Lowe's. The Lowe's staff are more conversational. The other reviews here show Home Depot can be a challenge. I add that the HomeDepot.com selection of washers & dryers is great. They offer many brands, various styles, sizes and price ranges. “Placed an order with Oura a long time ago. They needed to replace it and accidentally shipped it to Best Buy instead of direct to us. Best Buy did end up receiving the package and we went to try and track it down and Mateo spent 30 minutes checking all over the store and reviewing the security footage. The next day we came back and Andy who knew where it was helped us get it and was super friendly. All in all they went above and beyond to help us and have earned any future business we may have! Seriously great service from a big box store, definitely wouldn’t have expected it!”
