This place uses APS medical billing, a third party company. So, if you use these guys, know that billing will come through them and it’s usually either stuff that doesn’t exist, they overbill you, or it’s for already paid claims. If you want to avoid that, don’t use these guys.

They took forever to post result of much needed test for work and only go one at a time late afternoon or early evening.
It’s frustrating dealing with this facility.

ARUP Labs billing comes across as a scam as it does not reference the procedure, date of service, the patient's insurance or the patient's doctor. The bill also makes it difficult to contact them with questions re the bill. One must do so in writing within 30 days. . Very reluctant to pay.
