“Go to their website and make an appointment. All the staff was kind and patient and professional. There were tons of signage at the location to help you find it. Yes, the waiting does take a while, and would be very long without an appointment, so the company should make another location due to how busy it is, but I would go back here again because I had a good experience. They even have tech to sign in that was easy to follow to make sure you are on the list, and a sign that says if you have waited more than 30 minutes to come up to the window to notify someone. Doing labwork and other stuff makes me nervous, and that one star review made me hesitate going here, but it went smoothly for me.”
