Brought my Tesla Model Y in for wheel repairs today for my 20" Induction Wheels that had some curb rash. Two needed to be repaired, and as wheel 2 snow tires that were mounted and balanced (and in my trunk). So 4 total wheels needed some love. Brandon and the team here were fabulous and had great ideas on how to get the repairs done correctly and quickly. LOVE these guys! Well done! ?? I'll be back (unfortunately - ha ha).

While driving down the interstate, I hit something so small, yet solid that I blew out my rear passenger tire AND Bent my inside lip of the rim. They were able to smooth out the interior of the rim's lip as they advertised that they would!
I know, a business able to do what they say they do and in a quick turn around at a reasonable price.

I bent three wheels. After purchasing one used wheel for several hundred dollars, I learned about BTI. I called to inquire and the lady that answered was very helpful and patient with all my questions. For a fraction of the price they were able to repair my other two bent wheels. Wish I would have found them sooner. Very impressed.

These guys are wheel wizards. I brought a set of rims that I was sure they’d tell me the weren’t salvageable . These guys gave them the works and I’m not kidding, they looked like different wheels when I picked them up, so clean and crispy. Thanks to the whole team. You guys are awesome.

The work that this shop does is incredible! Recently I reached out to the BTI team to see if they would be up to repair some curb rash on my 3 piece wheels. The rash was quite severe and the team was hesitant at first (not due to their ability, but due to the severity). After only two business days I received a call that the repair was complete and the wheels came out brilliantly. To my knowledge, BTI doesn’t specialize in polishing or 3 piece wheel repair; but they killed it!

Could not be more impressed with BTI from start to finish they have exceeded my expectations. After running over a giant pothole twice I instantly knew something was wrong. Come to find out 2 of my Audi wheels were completely bent 1 was slightly bent. Dealer wanted 4k to replace them. I didn’t even know wheels could be bent back into shape. Luckily I was referred to BTI. Saved me thousands of dollars!!From the first time I walked in the door Jennifer was there and answered all of my questions and went out of her way to accommodate a day/time and plan for drop off and pick up. She is very kind and understanding and easy to talk to. I stopped by one of their competitors to get a second opinion, needless to say there’s a reason BTI has the best reputation in town! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.Brandon was also very informative and helpful! Like I said they went above and beyond what I expected! I highly recommend BTI Jennifer and Brandon are the BEST!

This is a great place for alloy wheels and wheel repair. Great pricing, fantastic service. They will treat you right. Had a bad dent in factory wheel. They made it good as new.
