“This business has the best selection of onyx in the state. I worked primarily with Jody and she was kind and helpful while i selected a beautiful piece of honey onyx. Unfortunately, when it was delivered to the fabricator, a fissure spanning the entire length of the slab was discovered by Brandon. None of us had detected it when i purchased it but it would have required some significant repair if i was going to keep it. I immediately was contacted by the fabricator notifying me of the fracture and then called Jody who said, that they would make it right and to come to the gallery and look at other slabs. Everyone there including Riley and his brother,, Tina, Diana. and Brandon were extremely kind and understanding as i selected a different slab. However, Jody was the most amazing. She insisted the slab be moved to a place where i could view it in natural light to determine how it would look backlit. The only problem with Venetian Tile & Stone Gallery is it is virtually impossible to select just one piece of stone as they have so many gorgeous slabs but Jody took exceptional care of me and I finally picked a beauty.”

“I purchased over a hundred squares of 30 year architect shingles. They delivered on time and separated them between two building as instructed. We had a problem with some of the bundles that had holes in the shingle, cracked, etc. To make things worse the installers threw the bad shingles into the dumpster which was gone before I knew of the problem. I called Pacific supply and explained the problem and without hesitation they said they would replace the three bundles. Everyone can make mistakes or have a product that is not quite right. It is how the company handles the problem that determines the integrity and service of the company. Pacific Supply proved there service was excellent. Frisbey Construction”

“Just want to give a shout out to Jim at Industrial Supply. He was helping me at their very busy counter today, and down the way a bit there was a guy that was talking quite loudly, which wasn’t a big deal at first, but then…. when he dropped the F bomb , Jim very politely ask the gentleman to please tone it down a little.That was impressive to me. I’m not saying that I was offended by the words the guys was using. Fact is, I probably have a much worse potty mouth than this guy does but…. this was definitely not the environment for it.It was obvious to me that Jim and the other folks behind the counter here take a lot of pride in what they do and where they work, and good customer service is still important to them.Everyone that was behind the counter greeted at some point during my visit. From the second I walked in, to the second that Jim said Thank you and I left.You don’t see this kind of service much anymore, and I for one really appreciated it.Thank you Industrial Supply for maintaining your values!!”
