“This is the only place I go when I have plumbing needs. They know their parts inside and out. I just show them a part that I have no idea about and they hand me the correct replacement.”

“Brought my backflow in, dude took it apart and told me what was wrong with it. These guys are busy and there were customers coming and going the whole time. I just waited patiently for my turn and got hands on advice from a subject matter expert. This is a grade A business. They're doing lots of things right. They even have a YouTube channel.”

“It's definitely unique in the amount of different types of things, and hardware they sell. Buyer beware though, a $47 clamp here, is just under $5 at Harbor Freight! Most pricing seemed a little high, and the wire I was looking for was more expensive, so I didn't get it here. I'll go in again, but still check pricing before I buy! Friendly, helpful staff too!”

“I had an amazing experience here. I came to drop off a plentiful of large packages to the UPS drop off here. Not only did they help my father and I load it in, they also went above and beyond to print my labels and provide tape! I believe it was the Supervisor, Gerry, and an employee, Brent. Absolute saints, 10/10 hospitality and customer service!”

“Had a really nice experience here. Went in to get a grill set up for my new home, and Kole and Jackson took the extra time to walk me through all my options and work out the best fit for me. To top it off, they did a great job delivering and setting up the grills at my house. Made for a very seamless and pleasant experience. I will certainly be coming here going forward for all my home project needs”

“Love spending money here, instead of at Home Depot or Lowes. No idea how local they actually are, but it sure feels IFA/ Local Feed n'Seed. They have everything. Even stuff I didn't know I needed ;) I'll always be back...”

“This Ace location had the product I had been looking for for over a week! No exaggeration. Lowe’s and Home Depot champion a specific type of antifungal product called Concrobium, yet none of their locations actually carry it. So I finally called this Ace location to ask if they could stock check for me and they did! And they had it in store! So I rushed down to the store and received a greeting and excellent service. I had multiple people ask me if I needed help finding anything and there were multiple employees moving up and down the aisles asking customers if they needed help. I really don’t receive that type of customer service anymore and I don’t witness it anywhere anymore. It seems like people are so bothered to even do their job, let alone offer assistance genuinely to customers. So I wanted to write a review about how good their customer service is and how welcomed I actually felt at this location! And on top of that, the antifungal spray that I was desperate to find, worked exceedingly well! Edit: I forgot to mention this happened on August 7th at 4PM! Thanks again!!”

“These guys are amazing. I do a lot of work on old 80s Japanese bikes and every time I have a bolt or screw with a stripped head I come here. They are quick, and they always have exactly what I need. So much better than going to Home Depot and buying a 20 pack of screws that may or may not end up working”

“I've never done business here, I just helped my son-in-law move his tool chest because he had got a new job. They seem like a good company though. They have alot of stock on hand it looks like.”

“This place is amazing. Largest selection of cabinets hardware I’ve ever seen and the owners were very helpful and very informative. They even stayed way after closing to help us decide and find options. I will recommend this place to everyone looking for hardware, sinks, faucets and countertops. “I don’t usually leave Google reviews. I actually made this account just to write this one. I own a plumbing company and was waiting in line at Mountainland when I saw something that deserves to be called out. A counter employee named Ronny was helping an older couple — probably late 70s. From what I could tell, they normally work with a specific salesman who wasn’t in that day, so Ronny stepped in to take care of them. That situation isn’t unusual in this industry. What was unusual was how she handled it. She was patient, respectful, and genuinely attentive. No rushing them, no talking down to them. I overheard her tell them she’d personally reach out to their salesman to make sure they were getting the best pricing and that she’d follow up with them herself. That kind of ownership matters. After I checked out and was heading to my truck, I saw her again — outside, smiling and joking with the same couple while hand-loading a large amount of pipe into their trailer. No complaining, no disappearing once the sale was done. Just doing the work and treating customers right. As a business owner, this is exactly the type of employee you want representing your company. Management should know Ronny is making Mountainland look very good, and it didn’t go unnoticed.”

“I came here asking about screws for a dresser I was working on at home, and the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. And when we started checking out and I realized it was cash or card--I only had Apple pay with me--he told me not to worry about it and covered the cost of the screws. I know that doesn't cost a lot of money anyway, maybe a dollar or two, I still left very impressed. Go check this place out!”

They go out of thier way, even to the point of calling competing buisinesses to get me what I need. The people there are the greatest and I highly recomend them.”

“Everyone at Stewart Electric was super kind and helpful. I’m not some big electrical contractor, just a homeowner looking for an odd part. They treated me like I was their best customer. “Brad” was very helpful and spent extra time looking for options and kept me informed on the progress of the order. So many of these suppliers don’t want to deal with you if you don’t have an account with them — Stewart gave me great service and didn’t jack up the price. For the reviewer that complained that they didn’t have stock: these companies are specialty supply houses, essentially wholesale to the trade. They’re not Target or Home Depot and you don’t walk in and browse the aisles. But they can get you stuff that no mass market store can and often at a better price (assuming they will sell to you at all — their market is big contractors, not individuals). Which makes it all the nicer when they help a little guy out.”

“This location is nice and clean, they had the drive belt size I needed that homedepot said they had but didn't have it on the sales floor, Lowes showed online it was in stock and where it was.”

“George was great. He didnt push a sale and took me through great advice to help me with my needs and understand where I was going in my woodworking needs. Its very difficult to find staff that actually care and make a difference. He didnt need to approach me, but after watching me struggle a while he helped without damaging my fragile ego. What a gem of an employee and a great home depot this is. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Emily also asked me for assistance, so proactive! Made it super friendly for a newbie”

“Called around to 3 places looking to purchase a tank + argon/co2 gas in 80/125 sizes. Guy I talked to was nice and polite and they were a bit better priced for an owned tank+gas than linde and like 40% less than airgas.”
