Competitive Cyclists charges more than the MSRP for several of their cycling items and components. Make sure you shop around and be an informed buyer. Don't assume you are getting a good price from them. For example: the Selle Italia 3D Boost Carbon saddle is $479.99 on Selle Italia's web site and Competitive Cyclist is charging is charging $529.99. Links are attached: Very disappointing....they say that they will price match. But if they do...you can't use any other discount codes that you might be entitled. So you have to go thru the trouble to price match by calling a gear head. Why not just sell the items at the MSRP? I am not going to waste my time at Competitive Cyclist anymore.... Cheers!

Buy cervelo and get treated like you were in Walmart picking up a bike they're great at looking at a screen and telling you about product and price but they have no practical purpose of actually what's entailed and what works and what doesn't especially aftermarket products bought a cervelo from them I wouldn't give them two cents from here on out. Stuck up wannabes

Horrible experience. I almost forgot how many bros with toxic masculinity exist in the bike industry. The chat rep knew nothing about bikes. The worse is the company sells obsolete products that are not functional for their intended use.

Bought some cycling shorts based on their recommendation for size. They didn’t fit. Then they wouldn’t take them back!! Tried them on once for 2 minutes. Claimed they smelled strongly of deodorant - which I don’t use! Completely turned off.

As much as I like Competitive Cyclist and all the money I spent there, I just might have to stop using them because of the delivery service they rely on. When Covid happened they started using DHL for delivery and DHL IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER! Every time I order from Competitive Cyclist now, it takes about 10 days to receive the package despite the fact that we are in neighboring states!!! THIS IS THIRD WORLD DELIVERY! I can't believe Competitive Cyclist fell so low to use this service! Shame on them! Is this the consideration they show their customers?

They worked with me to design a custom bike build over the course of several calls that i made, and made sure that the bike was well built and arrived well packed safely to me. A few days after i received the bike i traveled by road with the bike on a rack for about 1500 miles. My seat clamp came loose. I didn't loose the seat but did lose a bolt and holder. It was a spendy titanium part specific to my frame. And i ordered a new part through them... and to my surprise when it came in they covered it! i hadn't even asked. That's service. Really happy with these guys. Thanks be to God :)

How difficult is it to remove someone from your email list? I have been trying to have mine removed for over a month to no avail. I have unsubscribed multiple times, emailed in directly, as well as calling and speaking to someone yet I still get bombarded with them constantly.

Competitive Cyclist use to be my go to online shop for all my cycling equipment. I've spent north of a few thousand dollars at CC. Increasingly the customer service, shipping, price competitiveness etc has deteriorated to the point that I'm crying uncle. No mas!!! No More!! I will no longer bang my head against the wall, I'll just do the unthinkable and buy cycling equipment from Europe and or Amazon. I actually ordered four MTB tires from a company in Spain and they arrived in three days via DHL. I ordered nutrition stuff. (Tailwinds) from CC on my last order and it took ten freaking days!!! No shlt. Goodbye and good riddance CC

Super fast shipping and excellent customer service. One of the jerseys I ordered came with minor threads coming out and the company responded to my email immediately and exchanged it without an issue. I saw some other reviews about issues with paying for exchanges but that wasn’t my experience at all. Would gladly order from here again.

Occasionally, great deals are to be had on this site. However, Buyer Beware, their return policy is not free. If you purchase a clothing item that does not fit, you are contacting customer service for a $6.00 label to make that return. I just kept the gloves, that I’d have rather returned, but I am done buying any soft goods purchases from this site. That being said, if you see something you already own and know the fit of, or need a piece of hardware like a stem or derailleur, that you know will work with 100% certainty, there are deals to be had. Now go ride your bike!

Ordered 2 Jerseys and paid for 2 day shipping to make it time for me leaving on a trip. Did not arrive until 3 days and no offer to reimburse after chatting with them twice.Jerseys were too small and had to pay 6.50 for return on top of the 2 day fees that were a waste of money!?!?Ordering replacement jerseys from another vendor and will not be doing business with these guys.

Ordered some jerseys but they were too small. Every time I buy I get large. Bought large and didn't fit. Gotta pay 6.50 USD for return. In a store, you pay nothing and most other sites have free returns. Last time buying from Competitive Cyclist and not going to be fooled again.

Awesome company, have made multiple orders and always fast to get the goods out! Today i called in to check the status and was helped out by Elizabeth and she was able to handle everything from the second she picked up, she also continued to keep me updated over the following hours!

I bought my Pinarello Grevil in Dec. 2020. After 2 years the down tube cracked. I submitted the claim to Pinarello with Competitive Cyclist but Pinarello didn’t honor their warranty - the only “customer service” provided was the offering of a frame replacement at a cost of $2,600 - Competitive Cyclist doesn’t have phone numbers for any customer service only for sales. Very disappointed ?

Since I found out Competitive Cyclist had a warehouse in SLC I use them for all my MTB parts and accessory needs. I've always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and the number of items they have on hand is almost ridiculous! One recommendation....unless you live close call their toll free number and check on availability.
