I bought Orbea Rise H10 and just received today. There were couple of issues but Nick (manager) took care of everything and I am very happy with there customer service. Two thumbs up for Contender Bicycle.

Contender Bicycles is a great shop with amazing customer service. I have bought 2 bikes from them and I super happy with them. They do a good job at sourcing the exact bikes that I want. They are very knowledgeable and they have helped me even after my bike was delivered. I would highly recommend them.
