Ana, the manager was really rude. I asked her a question regarding a product that I wanted to try and she replied back by saying we’ve had this conversation before I know I’ve had asked questions about a year ago recording this brand but not regarding the toner you know, people do forget and I felt like it wasn’t a way to answer me. I’ve been going here for years now and I’ve never had an issue She’s there to help people out and answer their questions

Made a cash purchase and didn’t end up needing the items I purchased. I went and returned the items and the said they could not give me cash back, I could only exchange or get store credit. The most stupid thing ever, especially because my original purchase was paid in cash!!! I will no longer shop at cosmo prof!

I love this location and the girls that work there are so nice and helpful. They helped me fine the right leave in conditioner for daughter with curly hair. They always ask if I need help finding something and loved how nice they are to my ?. I do love the feedback they give and share when I ask about products and I love how they do show me the sales. Great staff, friendly and they are amazing

I understand policies and procedure of not selling products to the general public; however I was shocked to find out they WILL NOT sell a gift card to be given as a birthday gift to my hairdresser. I did call before coming down to the Taylorsville location this also should have been stated on the call. Even if I were a cosmetologist I don’t think I would shop at this location as it’s in disarray, it is at least the aisles are open enough for social distancing. The lack of customer service is why I’ve opted for a 1 star review.
