I had to do everything over the phone (as I am out of state) to help someone out. I needed things done very quickly and Aaron was so helpful. He walked me through the whole process and the online lease and it was a breeze!

I haven’t moved in yet but so far the customer service experience has been excellent in regard to answering all of my questions both over the phone and in person and sticking to the details / information I was initially provided to make the decision to rent here as opposed to another storage facility.
