Went to the showroom and found what I needed. Tried to set up an appt. Called and called...finally reached someone and they committed to have someone call and help me...after a week of waiting never did get a call. I'm done. Update: talked to the store manager. He indicated someone would call. I will update this when they do.Update: Michael, the Ferguson rep did come to my home and provided I for action regarding our options. He is going to email estimates. He also identified an unsafe wiring situation in our overhead lights and disconnected it. Thank you Michael. Thank you Woodie for getting on this after out call.

Great service and showroom. I've been looking for flush and semi flush lighting to see in person. They had more displays than the 5+ places I've been to in person. Finally found lights for my family room! Beautiful showroom with so much more than what I was looking for. I'll be back for all my remodeling design needs.

After looking at houses for two years we made the decision to build. I went to Ferguson showroom and was blown away by selection and price range. A sales person very tall blonde lets call J. we spent the day with her picking out all of our fixtures and lights. Was thrilled.Two months later my builder calls me and asks when I will order my plumbing fixtures, but I thought I did!Turns out J. never put the order in to my builder for anything!!! So, somethings are no longer available, some items will not ship until after the holidays, and we are in a difficult situation. Talked to her manager and he was more concerned after two. months that she still get the commission!!!!!Go there, get ideas, but order from the LEHI showroom from Beth. She actually does her job.

If I could give no stars I would. I've never in my life experienced worst customer service than what we experienced at Ferguson's. First, we called to make an appointment on a Saturday. We were told by two separate staff they don't take appointments on Saturdays and it's first come first serve and to show up early. We arrived right as they opened, walked in and the women working the front desk, without even looking up at us, asked if we had an appointment. We shared with her we tried but were told they don't make appointments on Saturdays. She seemed annoyed and put out by the fact we were there at all and we clearly interrupted her morning coffee. She then told us we were misinformed (as if it was our fault their staff doesn't know what they're doing) and anyone wanting to come in needs an appointment but we were free to look around. So we continued on our way through the store. We ended up picking out everything we needed for one of our two bathroom remodels and saw a women by the name of Christine Roberts sitting at a desk. We inquired on how to make an appointment so we could order our items. She said she could order them for us right then and there. We spent over an hour with her (apparently she was free as she came down from the Park City office). She also didn't have to do anything but add our items to the online cart and collect our payments. Probably the easiest sale she made. We noticed some of the items she added to our order weren't the correct finish or parts needed but she assured us that was just the photo and the parts were correct. She then went on to say it would be 3-6 weeks for all the parts to come in but they did have some in stock at that time. However, she told us to wait until they all arrived so we could come pick them up at once. Our contractor started our remodel 8 weeks after our initial order was placed. But there were still items missing at that time. In fact, one item just came in towards the end of June. And when the parts finally arrived, we discovered multiple items were ordered incorrectly so we had to get them re-ordered. But trying to get ahold of Christine was a joke. During the course of this time it took us calling and emailing and texting several times before she would respond. Sometimes it took weeks to get a reply from her. Then one of the re-ordered parts arrived wrong again, so a third order was placed. They also charged us for an item we never received. They now are refusing to provide us with a refund because they claim it's too late since we placed our order to be refunded. But it's only "too late" because of all of their mistakes. Had this been done correctly the first time then we wouldn't be in this situation. Needless to say we aren't happy and feel completely taken advantage of. We ended up locating most of our items on Wayfair. We highly recommend checking Wayfair out. The items they had were exactly what we ordered at Ferguson and for half the price. Plus their staff even reached out to us after we placed an order to make sure we had ordered everything correctly and asked if we had any questions. We were shocked at how kind, patient and friendly Wayfair staff are. We wish we would have ordered everything through them and never stepped foot inside Ferguson's. Thank goodness we are done now with them, we won't ever go back and we strongly urge you not to either.

What an incredible way to order things for your home! I am building a home and was so overwhelmed but Joani was able to help me finish picking out the lights I needed. Thank you for making it an amazing experience! Gorgeous high end fixtures and appliances to choose from.

We are building a new home and have 5 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and rec room. I needed fixtures worth 30K or more. I first emailed requesting a quote for all of the fixtures I needed on the 4th of Feb. I was assigned Joani as the sales person. After 4 weeks I got back the quote with a few errors. I emailed with queries and it takes 1 week or more to get a reply. Now, it’s 8 weeks out and I still don’t have a quote.Very poor customer service. I would recommend to go somewhere else where they can be efficient and help in a timely fashion.

The showroom is expansive with lots of quality options to choose from. I do not like how an appointment is needed to be able to get any information on products. I did not have an appointment and was shunned by all of the associates. I ended up going to another supplier and got plenty of help figuring out what I needed. It ended up being quite a large order and some of the items were out of stock. I ended up finding and purchasing those items that were in stock on the Ferguson web site. The website experience was much better.

They have everything you need for kitchen and bath remodels. We got all of our kitchen appliances here, the plumbing parts, and the knobs for the remodel too. Veronica is amazing!
