this place SUCKS, everytime in the last 3 weeks I've come here they've been closed even though it's during their posted hours. do the emplpyees even show up at this point? ridiculous!

I'm sorry but if you come into work at 10 and leave at 11 for a lunch break that's a major issue for a business. We decided to come down to this location because the park city location is literally never open and have no inventory on the shelf. I'm starting to doubt the GNC brand and upper management.

“Be back by 5:00” sign posted on locked door during buisness hours. Stayed till 6 with nobody showing up.

Bad customer service. If a customer politely says "im just looking around. Ill ask you if i have any questions" do not persists in asking them a series of questions. I asked to be left alone at least 6 times and almost walked out not buying anything. Its rude

not open at 12 on a sunday hours state they should have been open 2 hours ago. unprofessional. lazy behavior. it’s clear from the other reviews this gnc is under problematic ownership and or management .

Bad customer service and they add a round up charge for a donation without asking, once I asked what the charge was they played d*** and were really put out by my question. This is quite literally stealing, you can not charge someone for something without asking. It looks like, based on other reviews, that I am not the only one this has happened too. I definitely will not return to this store.

I was in a hurry, and there was a Polynesian gentleman at the cash register who was very insensitive, rude, and dismissive to a simple question about an automatic extra charge to my credit card. Hopefully you have better treatment.
