The employees were very unhelpful in helping me find what I needed. Some even seemed annoyed with my questions. Yes they have great prices, but you get what you pay for as in expect your tools to fall apart quickly.

Levi the store manager should be taught how to properly inspect bills, he claimed mine were fake and I went straight to the bank right after which deemed them to be real! The bank said the fraud marker he used was even the correct color. Very embarrassing for a long time customer. Not satisfied with the service! Ticket #02915404

Beware of this harbor freight. I walked into the store today to find a fuel pressure Guage and a cheap obd reader and a couple of other things to fix my daughters car. I am a recovering addict with 674 days sober today. During active addiction I unfortunately destroyed my teeth so I've got a few missing. Apparently this was enough for a store employee to imply I must be in the store to steal. This lady was a real piece of ____. I had asked about a cheap tool bag regarding what the price was because it wasn't labeled on the shelf. This lady speaking to me in a very snide, very condescending voice and blatantly speaking loudly toward me answered my questions with a cocky "ya right" attitude. Her actions spoke wayy louder than her words. She approached me a few times in the store doing the same things. There were several other customers in the store but she was only targeting me. She also got another heavy set gentleman doing the same thing. Only to me, not to anyone else in the store. I walked around for a minute shocked at the disgusting treatment I had just relieved contemplating wether or not I was even going to make a purchase after this very discriminatory and horrible treatment I had just recieved. I decided I was not going to spend my money there since they had just discriminated against me based on my appearance. (I was clean, clean shaven, with clean clothes on, other than my teeth I do not look the part of an addict anymore, unfortunately I don't make enough money to fathom getting my teeth fixed at this time) when I was walking out of the store the lady, obviously thinking she was right, loudly chuckled at me and again in a very condescending tone and very loudly she said "byeee have a good daaye" anyway I'm calling legal aid today as this was a blatant case of discrimination and I'm sure their cameras caught it all. You know most of us recovering addicts are good people who would never do the kinds of things we did while in active addiction. In fact, society hates on us so much most of us hold ourselves to much higher than Average standards. People need to stop discriminating against us and start seeing us for the good people we are

While I wouldn't buy my heavy use items here, the single use or things like gloves and tarps are ok.
The down side: the employees get strangely passive aggressive and rude if you say no thank you to giving your phone number.
They then repeat, MULTIPLE times, that you can't do returns without the receipt (no duh) if you don't give your number. And repeat it again while aggressively circling the policy on the receipt. I didn't think I looked that stupid or hard of hearing. It's such a bizarre and unpleasant interaction, I don't go often anymore and just consolidate supply trips at my local big box store.

This is not my favorite Harbor freight, but it was convenient at the time. It's very small and messy, and the parking lot is very rough with potholes and unmarked spaces. Regardless of all of that, it's usually fairly busy.
