I love this jiffy lube!! And I ways go to this location on 2200 south and 5400 west. The staff there are very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They have me in and out of there fast every time I've gone. I won't go anywhere else for my emissions and inspection and sticker renewal, great job guys, thank you for always taking good care of me.

I decided to go to this JL location yesterday after work because of the bad experience I’ve had with the other location located in Taylorsville. I informed the gentleman who arrived to my window that I needed to get My tires filled because the light came on an oil change, and car registration. Everything was pretty standard. They were really nice, but when it came to talking about my car, they brought up everything about what type of oil I needed to possible issues with my radiator cap to needing my air filter cleaned, but what they neglected to inform me about was that I had issues with my tire pressure sensor and I was never informed about that prior to payment yet on the receipt it was stated. I go home only to realize that my tire pressure light is still on. They were already closed so I decided to go today to see if the service had actually been performed and the gentleman informed me that there was an issue with the sensor. I was really confused because I was never informed prior to checking out and all he could say was that I should’ve been told. He proceeded to let me know they don’t even have the proper things in stock to even resolve the issue. The behavior feels a little deceptive and careless. Also wasted time with no resolution.

They didn't seem to know what they were doing and most of them were just standing around they didn't even do the full service they advertised like checking tires and th8ngs like that

This is twice In the last 2 days they have closed 20 mins early just because they don't wanna work ,if you don't want to work hire someone that will real lazy twice now just for a top off in my mom's car she is old and not in the best shape to keep driving around for the jiffy lube team to say we're closed 20 mins early Thanks guys

Two years ago...this location got 5 stars. Today I updated the rating to 1. I only came in for an oil topoff and tire pressure check. Luke told me it would take 15 mins and never came back. Nearly an hour later after watching them help another customer WHO CAME IN AFTER I DID, I got out of my car to ask when they planned on helping me and why they let someone else go through first. Not to mention Caden was working on his white truck for nearly 20+ minutes. I only got I'm sorry when I asked why that happened and had to demand to talk to the manager. Fernando said he would coach Luke and the team for future. Time is money and this location wasted my time. Find a better place for car service. This is not it.
