About Sugar Flats

Sugar Flats is a really nice place to live. It is very walkable and quiet, with good views of the mountains. The location is great for activities like hiking and riding mountain bikes, with much to explore within 20 minutes. The staff is awesome and incredible, including management, leasing agents, and maintenance. They are really nice, always smiling, and help you out with anything. The maintenance guys are the best, fixing things that were in need of fixing and beyond. One note is that cleaning the dryer vent on the patio should be done at least once a year for safety.

    Callie and Jeff have made my move in so easy! They helped answer all my lease questions and ensure everything was in order. Maintenance was so quick to fix my door and this has been my least stressful move I’ve had In years. Truly great staff here and I’m excited to live here! Thank you!
