“The residents will take care of you if you need it. My neighbors look out for me. They're kind and sometimes bring me food. Maintenance is helpful. My cat and I like my apartment and it's always well maintained. Of I have an issue I get a quick response time. There always seems to be plenty of room in my apartment. I enjoy the location to downtown, we are in Gateway distance and great food.”
“Perfect location and amazing staff!! The manager in the office, Alyssa, is very on top of everything and makes sure any request is handled promptly and professionally. The maintenance supervisor, Chuck, is able to take care of any repair quickly and will communicate regularly if something will need more time or attention. Do yourself a favor and move in here!”
“600 Lofts has been a great experience so far - the downtown benefits at an affordable price. I'm not sure you could find many other places with such a great location plus nice living arrangements themselves. Even the studios have washers and dryers and dishwashers. It's been a fun place to live, and I'm glad I picked it.”

“Living here 1 year now, and I only wish to continue! Hardwood floors, granite countertops, balcony, and quiet yet downtown location is nothing but chef’s kiss for the price.”
“I have lived here for almost two years and have enjoyed my time here. The property is decently maintained, and the apartments are nice. Views on the upper floors and sky deck are fantastic, and the property staff is great. Our property manager, Blake, has been great to work with and is attentive to issues. The building is also very close to the University of Utah and the surrounding hospitals. Easy access to public transit as well.
The only downsides to this building are the ongoing construction, which has lasted longer in some areas than we were told, and the building's ratio utility billing; otherwise, everything else is great!”

Most apartments are cookie cutter, and bring nothing to an area past some residences. This place goes above and beyond in this neighborhood, and it is absolutely appreciated”
“Very walkable, quiet, with good views of the mountains!! We like to ride mountain bikes and hike, which we so far have already been able to explore so much within 20 minutes of our home at Sugarflats (we've been here less than 3 weeks). We went to the Hogle Zoo's Zooluminate (highly recommend), which is also less than 20 minutes from the community.”

“I loved living here, especially waking up to the sound of the church bells. The maintenance team was very kind, and the historical property is amazing. However, I wouldn’t recommend living near the west door, as there’s a lot of foot traffic that can be noisy.”
“I have been living here for one year with no intention of moving. I have lived at many different properties in different States and never had a better property management team. The pictures that I have added show EXACTLY what I moved into. The house cleaning team does a wonderful job taking care of the property with no ugly odors like other properties have. If maintenance is needed, they are scheduled according to my request and do not enter unless I have authorized it. Another pleasant point is the respect that I have been given by management and residents as a Service Missionary. If you are looking for a peaceful place to live, I invite you. If you have no respect for the place that you live, this is not the place for you. The only thing bad thing that I have found is that Yelp reports terraces and we don't have any.”
“Great and safe place for the elderly community in salt lake city. The facility is secure and they have a receptionist at the main area to buzz people in any guests. They're doing a little remodeling downstairs but other than that, great place”
“I moved in several months ago and have had a really incredible experience! A few things I've loved most:
-Leasing Office Staff: I've worked with all of them but mostly with Dominique and Kellen. Both have been super friendly, responsive and helpful from the moment I toured here to dealing with day-to-day questions. Just really great people.
-Maintenance: Top-notch, friendly team. I especially have to shoutout Dave. He's amazing. Has dealt with all of my requests very quickly and has done incredible work with each of them. Can't praise him enough.
-Amenities: This is main reason I moved here. You really can't beat all of the amenities and I've lived in several different communities. You can see them all on the website but I feel like they have everything I need, which makes me so excited to live here.
-Activities: It seems like they have at least some type activity every week. Just this past weekend they had an awesome brunch with a DJ on the rooftop. Vibes were incredible. They do a really good job of engaging the residents and creating fun environments.

“i have honestly loved living at lotus republic. the property is always clean, well-maintained, and has such a great vibe. the amenities are awesome, and it really feels like a place you can call home.
rylie has made the experience even better. she is always so kind, easy to talk to, and willing to help with anything. whenever i have a question or need something, she is always there and makes the process so easy. you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and wants everyone to enjoy living here. i really appreciate everything she does, and lotus republic is lucky to have her!”
“I had to get some work done in my apartment for a damage I hadn’t seen that caused a leak. The guys that came were super awesome and respectful. Their names were Gus and I believe Malshor (I might be wrong). But these guys took less than 15 minutes and got everything fixed up really quickly.”

“When I first moved into Downtown 360 a year ago, I’m not gonna lie, I thought the 550 sq. ft. apartment might be too small for me. After a year, I moved into a loft, and it’s now my favorite home I’ve ever lived in. Cece and the team made the transition incredibly easy.
The location is hard to beat. It’s right in downtown SLC, so walking anywhere is convenient, and it’s close to the freeway exit, which makes my daily commute effortless. I also rarely hear any noise from my neighbors, which makes it feel surprisingly peaceful for being right in the city.
There are some homelessness issues in the area, but there’s a consistent police presence, and I’ve noticed fewer people around compared to last year. The chances of running into any problems are low, not zero, but very minimal. I did got attacked by a homeless lady, while walking to grab a sandwich. But she was relatively harmless, except that she tried to punch me but missed”
“Office staff was always very helpful and maintenance was friendly and quick to respond to requests. The only reason I did not give Yugo a 5 was because the building was dated, so I had to put in requests for facilities often and it did not have the correct ventilation for cooking so the alarm would set off with very little smoke. I truly want to thank the staff of Yugo for everything.”
“The maintenance team is always professional and friendly. They are knowledgeable and normally solve the issue pretty quickly. Installed a new dryer within minutes. No mess and no damage to anything in the apartment.”

“I've had a truly positive experience during my 3 year+ stay at this apartment. The staff's responsiveness and helpfulness have been outstanding, ensuring that every request was addressed in a timely manner. My apartment was always fully functional, and I appreciated the consistent cleanliness of the hallways and passages in my floor. I do want to note that early in my stay, there was a noticeable presence of homeless individuals near the elevator. However, this issue has since subsided and is no longer a problem. While no apartment is entirely without its quirks, any minor issues here were easily manageable and didn't detract from my overall satisfaction. I extend my sincere gratitude to Bea Cervantes, the apartment manager. Her exceptional assistance with my lease termination, necessitated by a visa situation, was instrumental in making my departure remarkably pleasant and stress-free. The new management deserves high praise for their excellent service.”
