“The residents will take care of you if you need it. My neighbors look out for me. They're kind and sometimes bring me food. Maintenance is helpful. My cat and I like my apartment and it's always well maintained. Of I have an issue I get a quick response time. There always seems to be plenty of room in my apartment. I enjoy the location to downtown, we are in Gateway distance and great food.”

“Perfect location and amazing staff!! The manager in the office, Alyssa, is very on top of everything and makes sure any request is handled promptly and professionally. The maintenance supervisor, Chuck, is able to take care of any repair quickly and will communicate regularly if something will need more time or attention. Do yourself a favor and move in here!”

“600 Lofts has been a great experience so far - the downtown benefits at an affordable price. I'm not sure you could find many other places with such a great location plus nice living arrangements themselves. Even the studios have washers and dryers and dishwashers. It's been a fun place to live, and I'm glad I picked it.”

“I toured Sugar Alley while looking for a higher-end apartment, and the experience really stood out from the other communities I considered.

Because I was coming from out of state, I had a LOT of questions. Heather went above and beyond to help me understand not only the apartments, but what it would actually be like to live at Sugar Alley. She personally sent me videos, answered question after question, and never once made me feel like I was bothering her or taking too much of her time.

After speaking with several other apartment communities—including other luxury properties—I can honestly say the level of personal attention here was different. I also met Clark, who was extremely friendly and helpful, and the entire team made me feel welcome.

One thing that really stood out during my tour was watching Heather interact with the residents. She knew people by name, residents were genuinely happy to see her, and the people I spoke with told me how much they enjoyed living at Sugar Alley. That said a lot to me.

I had also seen some of the older reviews before touring, so I asked questions about them. From what I saw and learned during my visit, many of the concerns seemed related to the challenges that can happen when a brand-new building first opens, and the issues I asked about had been addressed or corrected.

The building itself is beautiful, but what impressed me just as much was the people running it. When you’re choosing somewhere to live—especially from out of state—having someone willing to take that much time with you makes a huge difference.”

“This place is amazing , I moved in a year ago and I have no complaints yet, the staff are amazing at the front office always friendly with huge smiles and when they have time to talk they will have a small conversation with the residents, the main maintenance worker is also amazing he is very friendly and always says hello to my German Shepherd Shadow”

“I have lived here for almost two years and have enjoyed my time here. The property is decently maintained, and the apartments are nice. Views on the upper floors and sky deck are fantastic, and the property staff is great. Our property manager, Blake, has been great to work with and is attentive to issues. The building is also very close to the University of Utah and the surrounding hospitals. Easy access to public transit as well.

The only downsides to this building are the ongoing construction, which has lasted longer in some areas than we were told, and the building's ratio utility billing; otherwise, everything else is great!”

“I loved living here, especially waking up to the sound of the church bells. The maintenance team was very kind, and the historical property is amazing. However, I wouldn’t recommend living near the west door, as there’s a lot of foot traffic that can be noisy.”

“I have been living here for one year with no intention of moving. I have lived at many different properties in different States and never had a better property management team. The pictures that I have added show EXACTLY what I moved into. The house cleaning team does a wonderful job taking care of the property with no ugly odors like other properties have. If maintenance is needed, they are scheduled according to my request and do not enter unless I have authorized it. Another pleasant point is the respect that I have been given by management and residents as a Service Missionary. If you are looking for a peaceful place to live, I invite you. If you have no respect for the place that you live, this is not the place for you. The only thing bad thing that I have found is that Yelp reports terraces and we don't have any.”

“i have honestly loved living at lotus republic. the property is always clean, well-maintained, and has such a great vibe. the amenities are awesome, and it really feels like a place you can call home.

rylie has made the experience even better. she is always so kind, easy to talk to, and willing to help with anything. whenever i have a question or need something, she is always there and makes the process so easy. you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and wants everyone to enjoy living here. i really appreciate everything she does, and lotus republic is lucky to have her!”

“I have mixed emotions about my home. I love my apartment .I am sad due to wanting to remain in my sweet home. They let me dig up dirt and plant flowers and ground cover .There is a fun garden too which I wanted . So try as they might people that smoke will disregard rules . I am so conflicted as my home is so easy , well located ,and bright and spacious the duck pond was so beautiful.I think they are in the process of cleaning it so the fountain can shoot up . I pray that the Covid ends soon so we have access to the laundromat. My desire is to possibly move to another side where there is not such a large area designated for smoking. I have a compromised immune system and must reconcile that my health decides for me as much as I do not like it. The size of the 1 bedroom is perfect and so is the price. I provide care for some of our residents on the other side and it is a pleasant area , they love it . I have not known what to do but management has tried their best to resolve the issues .”

“I moved in several months ago and have had a really incredible experience! A few things I've loved most:

-Leasing Office Staff: I've worked with all of them but mostly with Dominique and Kellen. Both have been super friendly, responsive and helpful from the moment I toured here to dealing with day-to-day questions. Just really great people.
-Maintenance: Top-notch, friendly team. I especially have to shoutout Dave. He's amazing. Has dealt with all of my requests very quickly and has done incredible work with each of them. Can't praise him enough.
-Amenities: This is main reason I moved here. You really can't beat all of the amenities and I've lived in several different communities. You can see them all on the website but I feel like they have everything I need, which makes me so excited to live here.
-Activities: It seems like they have at least some type activity every week. Just this past weekend they had an awesome brunch with a DJ on the rooftop. Vibes were incredible. They do a really good job of engaging the residents and creating fun environments.

“I had to get some work done in my apartment for a damage I hadn’t seen that caused a leak. The guys that came were super awesome and respectful. Their names were Gus and I believe Malshor (I might be wrong). But these guys took less than 15 minutes and got everything fixed up really quickly.”

“When I first moved into Downtown 360 a year ago, I’m not gonna lie, I thought the 550 sq. ft. apartment might be too small for me. After a year, I moved into a loft, and it’s now my favorite home I’ve ever lived in. Cece and the team made the transition incredibly easy.

The location is hard to beat. It’s right in downtown SLC, so walking anywhere is convenient, and it’s close to the freeway exit, which makes my daily commute effortless. I also rarely hear any noise from my neighbors, which makes it feel surprisingly peaceful for being right in the city.

There are some homelessness issues in the area, but there’s a consistent police presence, and I’ve noticed fewer people around compared to last year. The chances of running into any problems are low, not zero, but very minimal. I did got attacked by a homeless lady, while walking to grab a sandwich. But she was relatively harmless, except that she tried to punch me but missed”

“Great location, very nice staff, clean atmosphere. The room options are very nice and even though I don't use them often, the amenities are cool and clean. Maintenance crew is also very responsive and quick! Solid place to live in a walkable neighborhood. Lived here for 9 months now.”

“I specifically wanted to give Charles Blackwood 5 stars for his tremendous support! He is available at all hours of the day to assist with whatever emergency is needed. He is fabulous to work with, anything I need help with is efficiently taken care of in a much faster timeline then I could imagine. He explains everything exceptionally well and is definitely worthy of praise, PMS should be proud of having him!”

Scheduled a tour a week in advance, showed up, and was blessed with 30 full minutes of peaceful solitude. Not a single greeting, interruption, or attempt to sell me on the place. Truly the VIP experience I didn’t know I needed.

The staff’s ability to completely ignore me was honestly impressive. I felt like I was touring an abandoned luxury property where the amenities included silence, confusion, and emotional growth.

And when they finally acted like nothing happened? Iconic. The confidence. The commitment. The sheer dedication to making me question whether I had actually scheduled the appointment.

If this is any indication of how this place is run, then 5 stars for consistency. They couldn’t do the most basic thing imaginable—and somehow turned it into an unforgettable experience.

10/10. Would absolutely waste another 30 minutes here. ?”

“Office staff was always very helpful and maintenance was friendly and quick to respond to requests. The only reason I did not give Yugo a 5 was because the building was dated, so I had to put in requests for facilities often and it did not have the correct ventilation for cooking so the alarm would set off with very little smoke. I truly want to thank the staff of Yugo for everything.”
