I absolutely adore this small business. Always delicious cozy comfort food. Always warm and inviting atmosphere. I bring non-vegan friends here and they always love it. ❤ thank you Long Life!

The first time I had them they were amazing but the second time was just awful. I decided to give them another chance but they don't seem to have any vegetarian options at lunch time on doordash.

Smaller version of the same restaurant I’ve eaten at for decades. Best vegan springs rolls in town!

I have been going to Long Life for about two years, since they moved down to state street. Over this time I have come to believe they do not really change the recipes for the stirfry’s they offer, in other words, most of the dishes taste the same with the exception of an individual ingredient. For example, today I ordered spicy garlic shrimp, and there were no peppers and much to my chagrin, they used frozen peas and carrots. The dish was not spicy at all and it had way too many water chestnuts. A vegetarian restaurant, using frozen carrots who would’ve thought… Today I also ordered sweet and sour soup. Unfortunately it was only warm. It was not sour, was way too ‘gloppy’ and I did not see any pork in it. I guess this place is OK if you go once a year but I think I will try others going forward.

Sadly I have to leave a bad review for this restaurant. I feel bad since it seems like a family run business but the food was almost inedible. I am one to eat all the food on my plate and and I had to stop eating because I couldn’t force myself to eat this food. I felt really grossed out. The food tasted very freezer burnt, moldy, and the texture of the veggie chicken was really odd and spongey. My boyfriend and I were excited to have some more vegetarian options but we both felt extremely disappointed after spending money here. I’m not sure how the reviews are so high but unfortunately I will never return to this place and do not recommend it to anyone.

First and foremost, yum. It is HARD to find American Chinese food that is vegan. This will scratch your itch for some yummy Chinese food. Exactly the type of quick Chinese food I was looking for. I would recommend. Food was presented neatly and service was friendly. Yummy ?

Long life is a favorite of ours. It's always so hard to pick what to get cause they have so many meatless options. It's delicious every time.

More oily than I like. Owner is kind but not very helpful in giving recommendations. Very reasonably priced. A bit small.

Since becoming a vegetarian years ago, I have been looking for delicious, plant-based American Chinese food, and Long Life Vegi House has far and beyond met my expectations! I still crave staples like "orange chicken", "sweet and sour chicken", etc, and Long Life's veggie versions are really tasty. I now order takeout regularly. The food is always prepared quickly, and my food is always hot and fresh tasting. The staff are friendly, and it is very easy to find parking on State Street directly in front of the restaurant. Highly recommend!

I must start by saying I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier woman explained to me that all the "Vegetarian" options are indeed vegan, and any item can be made vegan, like removing the egg from fried rice etc...After eating the food however my excitement changed. The Vegan "Beef Lo Mein" tasted like it was sure to make me sick. The Vegan Sweet&Sour chicken was extremely dry. The Vegan Sesame Chicken was a LITTLE better. The stars of the show were the Vegan Fried Rice, regular Veggie Lo Mein and the Spring Rolls. I never got sick but the taste and quality of most of the items were below sub par. Bad actually. My only chance of returning would be for the Fried Rice and an attempt to find a vegan "Protein" that doesn't taste rancid
