“Cannot express how pleasantly surprised my husband and I were with the level of service we received from the moment we walked through the doors of this store. We were greeted by Greg who knew exactly where to find the shower doors, something we never even noticed in prior visits to pick out tile. After talking privately about 3 mins about which options would suit our renovation best, we were greeted by Savana who was ready with her tablet to show us all of the finish options for the door we were considering.And as wonderful as this entire experience was so far, we were shocked to find out that they had exactly what we wanted in stock and ready for pick up. Crazy in this day when our "big box stores" hardly ever have anything in stock, their delivery usually takes weeks and good luck not having your item damaged before it reaches you.Savana and Greg worked together at the register to setup our pickup time (we didn't have our truck with us) and both offered their continued assistance on other projects we had been considering, Savana gave me an instant quote on wood flooring I had my eye on. “I was scrambling to find some chairs for a new patio piece my wife and I added, and it was very last minute for our July 4th party. I called Leisure Living on July 3rd and spoke with Joslyn who mentioned she felt they had something that would work for us and that they would be open for a few hours on July 4th. I stopped in on July 4th and we found chairs that would work for our needs. She was extremely helpful and patient as we went back and forth over options and various heights. Thank you, Joslyn for helping make our July 4th party a success. And the guys/gals at the warehouse were very kind and helpful in getting them loaded up.
