“I’ve really enjoyed working with Alessandra on my three-piece suit. It’s fitting really nicely and just needs a few final alterations before I can wear it to a wedding coming up. She got me in a little early for my second fitting so I can meet this deadline. The details they incorporated are really fun, and they make the suit feel so personal and specific to me!”

“My experience dealing with this business has been pleasant, however, this business does come with its flaws.
This store has a lot of awesome collectibles, they specifically stand out in their pokemon area. Their prices are right at, or slightly above market value, which makes them competitive. I will note that they do price some of their LP-MP (lightly played, moderately played) cards, if not most, at market value. The problem with this is that most LP-MP cards are slightly below market value, because they are played and can have minor defects, but this store prices them as if they are near mint-mint.
They do take cards and slabs in for trade, and purchase cards and slabs, but they seem to be pretty picky with what they want. I tried to trade and sale multiple PSA graded cards, but was told that they were specifically looking for PSA 10 cards that are newer. They will always ask if you have any more cards and slabs. They are competitive when offering to buy or trade, but again, they seem to be picky on what they want.
Overall, this store is nice and has a great inventory. The employees are nice, and will point you in the right direction, but this is a shoe store/hype store turned pokemon store, so expect items to be right at or slightly above market value.”

“I cannot say enough good things about H.M. Cole and their amazing staff. My son needed a suit for his wedding and we were on a pretty short timeline. Not only did his suit come in ahead of schedule but it did not need any additional alterations. It was perfect!! My husband got two new suits as well and they were all absolutely gorgeous!! Their staff took the time to answer all our questions, get accurate measurements, and helped walk us through all of the customization choices. Best experience and truly beautiful craftsmanship in each and every fine detail. I highly recommend H.M. Cole Custom Suits- you will not be disappointed!!”

“I went to fice for the first time in 2018, since then I’ve been a loyal customer. The streetwear and sneakers selection is the best Best in Salt Lake for retail stores. The workers there and managers are very nice if you’re looking to get a brand new shoe release, I would highly recommend entering a raffle or waiting in a line at fice.
Also, they make their own clothes as well. Definitely check those out as well. Very good quality. I have bought a couple pieces myself.”
“My daughter LOVED this place! I think we ended up getting the entire volleyball team to pick out shoes! Excellent selection and the employees were very friendly and helpful. We found out they do have a website that lists all shoes and sizes in stock. No more asking what sizes in five different pairs! We got the neon orange dunks and a pair of blue dunks. Thank you for a great experience!”

I also loved their Gear for Good mission, but I now love supporting them even more after visiting this physical location. The two staff that I interacted with were helpful and willing to help me find colors I was excited about and informed me of the sales, without being pushy. “Update to review: Thank you so much for your response, it was kind and refreshing. I appreciate you talking to your staff to make the shopping experience as great and fair as possible! I definitely will be back, and have updated my review back to five stars. So sad to update this review from five to two stars.I went in today and was asked to have my bag put behind the counter (normal procedure- no biggie). However, a few more customers walked in soon after, but they were not asked to do the same. Our bags were the similar size— small to medium-sized. The employee seemed to stay near me at the rack, as if I was going to steal? As I left and came back she continued to keep an eye on me. I walked around the store to browse elsewhere, but had a hard time focusing b/c of the situation. This is when I noticed other customers with purses, some backpacks, shopping. A few customers had bags bigger than mine. After being unable to focus and feeling as if I was being treated unfairly, I had to leave. I understand if it’s a policy to have bags behind the counter, but it should be enforced for all. For an inclusive place, I did not feel so. I’m sad writing this because I have been shopping here since the first store opened, and I really love the owner. I was looking forward to buying fits for my bachelorette party. Not sure when or if I will be back.”
“Vella Chinchay went above and beyond the call of duty I travel constantly 250 nights a year and I always love to stop in Johnson and pick up something new. A couple of my recent purchases. I bought one size too small and I didn’t have the receipt, but I had a little time today and she looked it up and exchange them for beautiful, beautiful jackets that fit me perfect so I went ahead and bought two more really great sport jackets with the built-in zipper vest for fall and winter
Can’t wait till I get to my next airport so I can buy something else but I especially thankful for store manager Velle at Salt Lake City airport in the terminal a hallway”

“I stopped into Sephora about a week ago, just running in to grab a couple things, and I ended up getting helped by this lovely young girl named Lilith. She was honestly the highlight of my whole trip. Super warm energy, didn’t rush me at all, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me random stuff. She matched my shade perfectly on the first try which never happens!! and even gave me a few little tips that actually made my makeup look better at home.
Overall, she made the whole experience feel easy and kinda fun. If you go in, ask for Lilith. She genuinely knows her stuff!??”
“This is a nice head shop and clothing store downtown that carries a huge variety of reggae/African themed items. The majority of the inventory is clothing and smoking accessories-but they also have some jewelry and novelty items. Service is friendly-the man that was tending to the shop was attentive and put a lot of care into the displays and interacting with his customers. I'm glad to have discovered this little gem while wandering around Salt Lake City. I will be sure to visit again.”

“I hate shopping for new clothes but the crew at Bonobos made it so easy. Alexander provided some starter pieces and then recommended some adjustments to size/fit/color which ended up working perfectly. Not only do the new clothes fit the occasion I needed them for but I can use them for everyday wear, really expanded my wardrobe. And it's really not that expensive compared to other places. Will definitely be coming back.”
