“Previously I would've said this place was maybe 2 or 3 stars at best the receptionist they previously had was extremely rude for no reason. Also before my previous case worker Anita quit and gave me false information costing me money on an application for an apartment she also lost my paperwork i had to sign and turn in. If i didn't catch that i would've lost my voucher.
THE only reason I'm giving 5 stars now is because of Juanita Huerto (i think that's her last name.) She has gone above and beyond her job requirements for me in the past and as of recently. I am extremely grateful for her help. She could have easily passed the buck on me multiple times but has gone above and beyond whats required of her to help. They have also hired some very pleasant receptionists ive got to work with since.”
