  This is basically a con artist with a legit name. To purchase a mortgage intentionally, make receiving your insurance information impossible and then try and bill you for their own so they can get kickbacks, escrow is a scam and this company has been sued so many times in federal court.   Only one person tries to help me after being in touch with them over the course of 5 months. Snails are Usain Bolt compared to these guys. I can't believe the pace in which they work is legal.

  Horrible customer service. The only “servicing” of my mortgage they had to due was pay property taxes, which they never did. Instead they tried to keep my 30K escrow amount and ignore their duty. If your mortgage is about to be sold to SPS, stop the process or you’ll regret it….
