Horrible customer service. The only “servicing” of my mortgage they had to due was pay property taxes, which they never did. Instead they tried to keep my 30K escrow amount and ignore their duty. If your mortgage is about to be sold to SPS, stop the process or you’ll regret it….

I refinanced my home with home express mortgage. Got all my info setup and autopay and ACH. Never been late once. Then they sell it to this outfit for servicing... now i'm a month late because this company only sends letters. Didn't send and email. Just another faceless greedy outfit that doesn't even accept email.

Professional scam artists. They “lost” an escrow check and 6 weeks later still waiting. Good thing they have all those processes in place to falsify information.
