“I am glad this facility was open later. I really needed to get some packages sent. The lady at the counter was super patient and super friendly with everyone even when the line was backing up. I would definitely come back here. I didn’t get the lady’s name who worked Saturday night but she should be recognized.”
“I needed help with a special request, the timing of which was very important to me. Mckaylee took ownership of my problem, made a phone call to another station, secured a commitment from the person on the other end, and made me feel like I was the most important person in her day. I was ecstatic! She is a sure-fire winner!”
“I was just visiting the area and staff here went above and beyond to get me an urgent package when I ran into a delivery issue. Fantastic service and management that are flexible and responsive.”
“We went in to get our FBI fingerprints done and were greeted by the nicest lady named Cherri. She was so friendly and walked us through the whole process ending up getting our prints done. She told us it would take two days to get the results. We were very surprised to have the results within an hour. Fantastic Service!!”
“Thank you for the hard work you and your drivers do to deliver much needed gifts and mail during the busy holiday season! praying for safety in your travels and doings!:)”
“The day my daughter Maddi’s ashes were out for delivery, I stayed home all day because I had to sign for them. Around 5 p.m. I got a text saying they couldn’t be delivered because no one was here to sign—but the carrier never even came to my door. I was devastated.
I called USPS to ask what to do, and about 10 minutes later the manager of our local post office personally called me and explained why they didn't come to my door and then She told me that they were already closed for the day but she’d be in the office a little longer if I wanted to come pick them up. But since I didn’t have my car, I couldn’t get there. She then told me she had also lost a child years ago and understood why this mattered so much. She said, “You know what, I don’t want her to stay here overnight—I’ll bring her to you on my way home.”
And she did.
It was such a kind and human thing to do, and I thought it deserved to be shared here. Sometimes people really go above and beyond, and it means the world. ❤️
PS i'm not sure if the employees or managers of the Usps post office reply to these comments I would love to tell her thank you again and let her know how special of a human being she is! and tell her again just how much it meant to Me!”
“So convenient, never a long wait, friendly staff. Perfect place to drop off packages. Check before you go if they provide the service you need—it’s not a full-service post office.”
“I have had a wonderful experience each time I go in this branch, the staff are always polite and helpful and I even when it's busy and hectic they are happy and willing to help me accomplish whatever I need to do! Great location and a great team! Thank you for what you do!
Mark”
“I can’t explain how nice they are and I mean it .

“I had ordered a little doll swimsuit for my granddaughter's doll, as we had also purchased a new one for the granddaughter, who was spending a few months with me. The little package got waylaid for several weeks. I finally called the Murray City Post office and spoke with Ruben. I explained the situation, including the package contents. He understood the importance, so nice was he. He tracked the package, kept us updated and hand delivered it to us the day before my grands departure. One happy little girl! Thank you, Ruben!!!! In 22 years using the Murray post office I've only had 2 issues. This one was resolved perfectly.?”

“Erin was so sweet and so helpful! We came close to closing but she took time to answer all of our questions. She was super knowledgeable, great customer service.”
“This office great! I had certified partial coming to my address, and my Auntie answer the door who is a bit challenged, and some how told the carrier, that no name was that that address. When I looked it up it said sent back to sender. I express my urgency for the partial and what had transpired with my aunt to the gentlemen on the phone. He took my number and said he would get back to me.
I have to say the office went to work somehow stop the parcel from going back and delivered it the next.
Mind you all of which they did not have to do at all. But they did!
They are the best .
Thank you”
“This review is just for this specific post office and moreover for a specific employee they have named Tom. After calling six separate post office in the salt lake valley ( each &every one of them hanging up on me multiple times or just letting it go to the busy signal ). I finally got in touch with customer service & they told me that they couldn't tell me anything about whether my mail was being held or not ( which is the only thing I wanted to know ). I'm not computer literate really & I just wanted to speak to a live person but after 2 hours of trying I was about ready to just go down there & explode on these people. Even though I live in downtown salt lake I contacted Tom at the Millcreek post office because he was the only person who would answer the phone. Not only did he understand how frustrated I was & said how odd it was that nobody else would answer. he then asked me to give him my number & said he would personally figure out what was going on with my mail. even though he wasn't in my area at all, after about 45 minutes he called me back & told me exactly what was going on with my mail. He was amazing. Above and beyond. a shining example of kick butt postal worker. Wasn't it customer service didn't have to do it but he did. You should give this man a raise Make him a manager and have him teach the rest of your employees how to do their damn jobs. I was so furious I was ready to go down there and create the biggest scene and vent out all my frustration on those people at my local post office. Five stars for Tom and Mill Creek post office the rest of them if I could give them a zero I would anything our tax dollars pay for that nonsense well you can't even talk to a live person and get run around by AI and caring employees who just hang up on you literally. Thank you again Tom you are the man.”
