“Very busy, line out the door, but I went at 5pm so my fault. Waited in line about 15 minutes to buy 2 stamps because the self service machine was out of order. Clerk was polite and they all seemed to be working efficiently.I did like that they had a clerk (who wasn't at a register) focusing on people picking up packages only. Clerks were patient and took their time explaining things to confused customers.I did not like the stack of box drop offs that just had to be left on the counter for anybody to access.Overall a decent experience.”
