Do not order online. Horrible customer service and very inaccurate delivery times.

The ad is a bit deceiving states shames which I thought was plural. Is only for one pillow case. I guess a sham or shams sold separately are the same thing. $65 for one pillow case or shams is a bit expensive for what you get. I will send my single shams (one pillow case) back and buy a set of 2 considering most places sell at least two when purchasing a king size set. A bit disappointed at whom ever is in charge of marketing here. Maybe it’s genius and they make money from this. I know it just pissed me off!

Really disappointed in this store. I used to come here a couple years ago and was always greeted warmly and everyone was so kind. But recently I stopped by for a visit. The person who told me they were the manager, talked badly about a couple customers who were in the store when they thought people weren’t listening. And to top that, they also treated others on their team badly from what I saw while I was there. I miss the old vibes at Pottery Barn. Used to be a fun place.

I really hope that unlike me you are reading these reviews BEFORE you waste your money here.We bought the banks dining table less than two years ago (took over 6 months for this "in stock" table to arrive and over a year for some of our other pieces) and it has completely faded anywhere we have set our arms. We followed the cleaning instructions and never used anything wet or hot on it, but the color is gone. There are only two adults using it for dinner, so it's not a ton of use or kid damage. I have had cheap tables last significantly longer and never saw damage like this. We bought several pieces from Pottery Barn (over $10k) and I am scared to see how they hold up. I contacted customer service and they said there's nothing they can do. Their quality is awful and their items are expensive. I've always bought cheaper furniture, and this was my first big splurge. My cheaper stuff is better. Their quality is not what I am told it used to be.

This is a nice pottery barn with a big selection. I got a fairly heavy lamp and they were really helpful and helped me out with it.

Absolutely do not buy from pottery barn unless you don’t mind waiting 6-9 months for your furniture. Got an estimated time frame for 1-2 months and they keep saying our furniture is coming and we are going on 4-5 months. We paid 8k for furniture to then be tossed around by employee after employee with different information. Still getting tossed around and have not received any furniture.

I called and was out in hold, drove down from Park City, looked up the item myself in the store, watched the people working there standing around, came back home and still in hold! I bought the item on Amazon while this was all happening….Do you really picture yourself in business in a few years?

I will NEVER again shop at Pottery Barn online or in store. We spent over 10 grand at Pottery Barn. It took almost 9 months to get our dining table. We’ve barely had it over a year and the finish is wearing off with only a dish rag and water! And the extended table screws now fall out, not holding up the extension. I called and they “cannot do anything about it since it is over their one year mark”. Are you kidding!? A $4000 table that doesn’t last more than a year? Their furniture isn’t built any better than IKEA, it’s worse! You can see in the picture the color difference between the extension and regular table and see how the extension isn’t level with the table top anymore! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Don’t shop at Pottery Barn.

The fulfilment and delivery of items is the worst of any company I have dealt with in a long time. They promise items and then change the available date after you order (even on non-refundable purchases). NO ONE in the company can give you information, even when the items are ready to ship or sitting in a warehouse and then one day they just show up without warning. They will not or can not give any information once you order from them. Customer service is polite/ kind, but a total waste of time since they have no information and can not answer any question. Worst run company.

I have had a horrible experience with PBKids. I ordered 5 Christmas stockings for my family of 5–all embroidered with our names. When I got my shipment notification I was more than surprised to discover one of my stockings was now suddenly on backorder until June. When I called to inquire further they were less than helpful. And today I was just informed via email that my backordered stocking has been cancelled. And There are no other Rifle Paper Co stockings in stock anymore to replace the one I now will no longer get.I am very upset I was led to believe I would be receiving five stockings. At this point I would like to just return them all and order 5 new ones somewhere else that match, but they won’t let me return them because they were embroidered.I have lost all trust in them.

All of the reviews about delivery NEVER happening, items NEVER shipping, quality being crap, are all true. I echo all the comments about pottery barn being a poor business in every way. I will never buy another item from PB again.

Do NOT order furniture from PB! They are basically thieves! I paid thousands for an office set + the cost of white glove delivery and half my set is missing 5 months after the first half was delivered. (Rendering what I do have completely useless.) I have made over 10 calls, spent over 8 hours on the phone with customer service, they have opened 10+ tickets, and I am still without half the set I paid for and no signs of ever getting this resolved months and months later. Save yourself the pain and agony- no matter how pretty the furniture looks online. They refuse to compensate me and have left me helpless in terms of getting the rest of my order.

Greetings,I would like to share my feedback about my experience at PBT. My mirror order was delivered almost a month later. After hours on the phone with customer service agents, I finally got to a supervisor James Stephens - he found my mirror, but he demonstrated very little care regarding my case. I didn’t feel like all of my concerns were heard and more importantly the resolution to my problem was not fair. I thought of Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma and other stores that belong to the same company as high end, very customer service oriented, but I was mistaken. Phone associates showed very little knowledge of what they very talking about and then the floor supervisor James didn’t even care to meet my compensation needs. Due to service failure on their end, I have only asked for 10% more of what James originally offered ($60 refund), which I think is fair based on how much frustration this incident brought me. James quickly shut down any discussion about any additional accommodation and firmly told me no further refunds will be made, which I think is not how any customer service should go, especially Pottery Barn. If you think about it, those extra 10% means nothing to a huge company like Pottery Barn, however now you have a dissatisfied customer for life. I wish this service failure never happened to begin with, so I didn’t have to spend hours communicating with Pottery Barn. I just wanted to be heard, since I expected a lot more from them as a company. It was my first purchase at Pottery Barn and I promise I will never shop at any other related stores ever again. I will encourage my friends and family to do the same. I hope this letter will get to the manager that actually cares and you will improve your service with someone else, but it won’t be me.Have a great day!

Do not buy here!!!! Very dishonest company. We ordered two chairs in April. We did not recieve anything for two months. We canceled the order in June. It was refunded, then customer service said the "system" made a mistake and ordered them again. We disputed the transaction, and Pottery Barn told the bank we authorized it, but we didn't. I am out the money and never got chairs.Again, go somewhere else... Don't waste your time here...
