I wish I would have known about Praxis before wasting my time in every other coach who got me into silly lifting habits. She’s phenomenal! She’s the best coach I’ve had to date and I’ve had A LOT lol! If you’re looking to improve your lifts, Ms. Debs is the BEST!

Praxis is hands-down the best place to train for Olympic Weightlifting in Utah. Debbie, the owner, is arguably the foremost expert on weightlifting in the state of Utah and has the competitive results to prove it as a two-time world champion and four-time national champion. She has hired coaches with an eye for technique, and where most gyms would simply tell you "that looks good," at Praxis you also hear "and this is how it can be even better." The programming is research-based and designed to get the best possible results at the events that matter most to each athlete. If you're a weightlifter and want to go from good to great, Praxis is the place to do it. And if you're not a weightlifter but have always wanted to try, or you just want to train for sports performance to help build explosive power and speed for other events, you won't find a more welcoming, supportive environment.
