I wish I would have known about Praxis before wasting my time in every other coach who got me into silly lifting habits. She’s phenomenal! She’s the best coach I’ve had to date and I’ve had A LOT lol! If you’re looking to improve your lifts, Ms. Debs is the BEST!

Debbie Millet is an experience, thoughtful coach. She is an expert at developing athletes from novice to elite. Her team environment is close and supportive. I would recommend anyone go to Praxis for excellent programming and coaching!! Go now!!
