About Prometric Test Center
Prometric Test Center is a reliable and convenient testing facility, according to the majority of the reviews. The location is easily accessible, with the entrance situated behind the Starbucks drive-through and up a set of stairs. While some reviewers mentioned a loud fan noise in the testing rooms, the overall experience was positive, with the staff being described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The center is praised for its efficient check-in process and flexibility in allowing test-takers to start their exams early if they arrive ahead of schedule. Reviewers also appreciated the free parking and the nearby Chick-Fil-A for a post-test treat. Despite some initial concerns based on previous negative experiences, many reviewers were pleasantly surprised by the improved quality of the facility and the exceptional customer service provided by the staff, particularly Angela, Jane, and June. The reviewers who had a positive experience encourage others not to be deterred by the bad reviews, as the Prometric Test Center has made significant strides in enhancing the testing environment and customer satisfaction.

No signage so you just kind of guess which place to enter and hope for the best. Had an appointment but others were helped in the middle of it because there were two people staffing the place. Finally, got me taken care of and my paperwork processed after several delays. Glad I don't ever have to do that again.

Testing center was clean and processes pretty organized and straight forward. Staff was very friendly when I came to take my test but another review will be posted for my experience scheduling my fingerprinting....
