“I had arranged to rent a truck, pick up was at 6 (when they close). I had an issue with my credit card, long story short I had someone come to pay with their card. The guy was so nice and waited patiently well after they were closed, just so I could rent the truck! I was so thankful they saved my hide that day! And it was cheap!! Thank you so much u haul!! ?”

I’m compelled to write a review because every time he visits he comes home and raves about how much he loves visiting - service is quick, easy, nice and bonus treats. Makes him not dread this regular chore. In his words, a business that just “gets it”.”
“Excellent customer service! Alicia in the SLC office is extremely responsive. I switched to SP when another national chain's prices became ridiculously high and their customer service, all overseas, while kind, were powerless to deal with local issues. With SP, I've gotten quick, helpful response from a local office. When I had a need for an emergency delivery due to my carelessness in monitoring levels, they arranged a same-day delivery. While there was still a fee, to be expected, they intentionally charged me half their standard fee because the driver was able to work it into his schedule without inconvenience. (I know this won't always be possible.) It's great to have a company be more focused on me, the customer, than on their bottom line, and try to save me money, when possible.”

“Called around to 3 places looking to purchase a tank + argon/co2 gas in 80/125 sizes. Guy I talked to was nice and polite and they were a bit better priced for an owned tank+gas than linde and like 40% less than airgas.”
