We had the best experience in this store today! Not only did we get some great deals, Rhonda was amazing! She was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. The whole staff was so helpful! I highly recommend this store! Thank you Rhonda and the whole crew there!

Landed an amazing deal with the crew at this store. Payton was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about helping me get a great deal on exactly what I wanted. The rate was 60% off for a “factory defect” on my mattress. It honestly took me a while to find the “deffect” which was a minor scuff in the fabric on the sidewall no larger than a penny. If you are mattress shopping or eyeing a purple mattress, I can’t recommend this store enough.

Best mattress/pillows I’ve ever owned. Brenton helped me dial in exactly the right level of mattress and pillows for me and my wife. Before getting our purple mattress I had some back issues that I nearly went to a doctor to remedy. I ended up going on a deep dive of different mattresses to help me with my pains and I settled on purple. The results were nearly instant. I went from waking up every morning around 5:00am with considerable back pain, to absolutely no pain at all. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to for anyone else looking for back pain relief. Count me in as a lifetime customer!

Susan helped me pick out the perfect mattress and was knowledgeable about the many questions I had. She had no problems admitting if she didn't have an answer and would ask someone else. She and everyone else were very nice and amicable to work with!

I cannot recommend a better buying experience. The associate that I worked with Lindsey, was knowledgeable and valued my opinion and did not try to push a sale.They gave me enough time to try every mattress multiple times. She worked extra hard to find me the best deals and checked inventory multiple times to make sure that everything I wanted was in stock. I'll be telling all of my friends about my experience here at the purple store and giving them Lindsey's name to go see.

WOW!!!!We went to a mattress store across from Fashion place mall with a high pressured sales woman trying to sale us last years purple bed for $3,500.We went to Fashion place purple store who had the new version for almost the exact same price.Then we Ended up at the PURPLE OUTLET STORE. AMAZING the sales lady was full of information and no pressure. We ended up buying 2 purple beds,4 purple pillows and 4 sets of sheets for LESS than 1 bed at the other 2 stores. I couldn’t be happier. My pillows and bed are the best I have ever purchased. No more buying Amazon pillows that end up in the spare bedroom.

The employees were so amazing and so helpful! They even kept smiles on their faces when we kept them there a little past closing time. This is my second purple mattress and I would never consider another brand EVER!

I love the factory outlet! They have great prices, great products, and their customer service was wonderful. My husband and I have tried many different kinds of sheets and none compare to Purple's stretch sheets.
