I had a complicated order, that an agent fixed. Kudos! But that being said, by default, on a 12" W x 18" H sign, the 2 holes (top and bottom, centered) should be a multiple of 1" apart, to fit normal sign posts. My sign was drilled with holes 15 3/4" apart, so I needed to drill a new hole in the post to make it work.

We purchased clear window clings for our business. The packaging is nice and it was delivered as schedule but it's not sticking to the glass. Initally it was but it was falling off the glass. What purpose does it serve?
