I bought a battery for vape carts 3 days ago. It didn't hold a charge after the initial one. I asked to swap it for a different one and was told 5$ off a new one was all they were willing to do. I'd rather buy from a bodega since that's how they operate. Won't be going back for ANY more supplies. Thanks for being greedy and cheap Smoker's Connection. May your spot be leased by a nail salon soon.

I love this place and the people that own/work here!!! It's the only place I know I am going to have a great experience every time I go. The place is always clean, well stocked and organized. Most of all, the staff is always very polite, friendly, and more than happy to help you find what you need. I have come to really appreciate the way they treat each customer with respect from the moment someone steps in the store until the moment they leave. I hardly ever write reviews, but I think they deserve the 5 stars and words of praise and if I could give more stars I would!

This is my new shop I go to for all my smoker needs. On top of the amazing prices and deals, they have a good selection of tobacco products and glass. The glass is also great quality, doesn't break? and they will even demonstrate it for you. The staff all have such great customer service too, thats the best part! I highly recommend paying a visit!

Bad service customers shouldn't have to pay extra when using a debit or credit card i went in for some raw papers and they wanted me to buy more than 5 dollars in order to use the card machine and it was my only payment method I had so I aint coming back if you guys come here make sure to bring cash.
