“I live in the neighborhood and frequent this store for gas, snack and treat runs. They have a great staff who my kids and I always look forward to seeing and I like that they don’t have frequent turnover so many of the employees have been there for quite some time (sign of a good manager). The manager does a great job running the shop and the reason for my review is I was there recently and there was a customer giving them a very hard time because the stores supply of Diet Coke was gone. He repeatedly filled up cups with ice and kept putting the soda water, that he already knew had no Diet Coke into his cup. He repeated this 4 or 5 times and would then repeated over and over again “there’s a problem with the Diet Coke”… there was even a sign on the front of the machine stating it was out of order. He would then would dispose of his cup and start over. The staff was incredibly patient with him and I just wanted to make this post to tell them thank you for their continued service and patience. I am proud to have a team such as them working in my neighborhood.”

“I've been buying my cigarettes here off and on for 4 years. It's great when you're in a hurry because I sometimes park in the forbidden parking zone, so I run in and jet out in under a minute. I have bought butane lighters and cigarettes for $ 5, and there are at least three brands I buy there for that price.”

Overall amazing location. I stopped here to top up my rental car before dropping it off at SLC. Since this gas station is located on the entrance road for SLC airport, it makes this process very convenient.
Plenty of parking too. There is also a convenience store and a Burger King restaurant on site here.”

“Little about this store is predictable, yet all of it is divine. Expect to find a varying assortment of soda, mango coconut milk and everyday essentials (batteries, paper plates, tomato paste). When you’re at Last Stop, you’re at home.”

“It was a good experience. It's a clean place, everybody was crazy friendly and sweet and kind and got me taken care of very quickly. One of the associates pulled me over to his register although he was busy taking care of whatever he may have been for the day but it was obvious that he was busy yet he didn't keep me waiting which was very kind!”
“I am giving a much higher rating. However this is only a review of the CAR WASH. First if you pay and choose the 9$ wash many times u will get the 5$ or 7$ wash. This happened to me yesterday. I paid 9$ got the 5$ wash! I was thinking why is it over so fast? Last you have to go thru the drying process especially for the windows. I didn’t want my grill dried! It is black had a bug stuck. I don’t want it dried on. It made it worse not better! The vacuum closeest to the road does suck! I can’t use the one next to the car washes or I am blocking a space. The management always fixes any issue asap! I’d say yes great choice for a fast wash! Stores always great CS fantastic!”

I’ve been to all three Maverik locations in this area, but I will now go out of my way to visit this specific one at 6855 South 1300 East. There is a noticeable difference in quality and service here that makes it worth the extra drive.
Why This Location Stands Out:
Exceptional Staff: I stopped in around 3 PM and was immediately impressed by the cashier. She greeted every single person who walked through the door—many of them by name!
Professionalism Under Pressure: I watched her handle a difficult situation where a customer got upset about being ID’d for beer. She kept her cool and stayed professional despite the tension. She truly deserves recognition for the hard job she does.
Superior Coffee & Food: Unlike other spots, the coffee here actually tastes better, and they always have a fresh selection of delicious food ready to go, even in the mid-afternoon.
Cleanliness & Organization: The store is incredibly well-stocked and organized. Most importantly, the bathrooms are spotless, which says a lot about how much pride the team takes in this location.
If you’re in the area, skip the others and come to this one. The staff makes you feel like a regular the moment you walk in!

“It was just like the Stop & Go back home in Oregon. A lot of overpriced stuff but so quick and convenient place to get supplies and staples. And its close to where I am staycationing for the holidays. But Bodega is within walking distance of where I stay. There are some things that might be unfamiliar but I think it is stuff native to someone's country, so it is kind of fun to have new experiences.”
