“This tiny little convenience store is an absolute gem in Glendale!!! The owner & his employees are wonderfully nice to us. Gas is decently priced. In addition-- they cash checks, which was another reason we stopped by. My teenage son wanted to cash his check over the weekend and I took him here-- since I cash my own occasional checks here too.When I told them it was my son's first check-- the employees excitedly clapped & cheered for him. They then asked him about school, his favorite subjects what he wanted to do, and gave him great advice -- It was fantastic!!!Because of this, my son now choses to cash his checks here-- he likes the people here, as well some of the hats & lanyards that are found at this little store.You would never think that a small store/gas station would have such camaraderie, but it definitely does. They also carry my favorite La Michoacana bubble gum flavored ice cream. So when I'm in the area, I stop by and grab a fountain drink and an ice cream, so fast & quick-- instead of having to go all the way inside a bigger store and get everything...I'm in and out!! Great store with great customer service!!!! Fantastic place!!!!”

“This smoke shop is conveniently open until 11pm. They have all the basic amenities of a convenient store, lovely novelty items, and of course the broad selection of all the things you would need for smokers. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. “I am giving a much higher rating. However this is only a review of the CAR WASH. First if you pay and choose the 9$ wash many times u will get the 5$ or 7$ wash. This happened to me yesterday. I paid 9$ got the 5$ wash! I was thinking why is it over so fast? Last you have to go thru the drying process especially for the windows. I didn’t want my grill dried! It is black had a bug stuck. I don’t want it dried on. It made it worse not better! The vacuum closeest to the road does suck! I can’t use the one next to the car washes or I am blocking a space. The management always fixes any issue asap! I’d say yes great choice for a fast wash! Stores always great CS fantastic!”

“One of the only gas stations where I can use my card that my CO and the tap to pay is broken on so I have to swipe it. Also takes split payments. Chevron has the biggest selection of Frazils and they carry camel menthol wides. The staff is always nice and even though they are busy a lot of the time the lines move quickly.”

“Not just five stars... more like 1000!!!Thanks to Esmaeil, the owner.This particular 7-Eleven wasn't around when I was a teenager. My family has lived across the street since the 1970's. I live out of state, but have been here in Salt Lake for the entire summer hanging out with my mom.My mother is 83 years old. She drives across the street every single day since this store was built.Esmaeil has been the most amazing person to my entire family. He helps my mother every day. He even knows her number by heart helping her enter it for her discounts.I just can't thank him enough for his kindness and dedication to his customers and to that store!The Store is spotless, well stocked, and so convenient, everyone should stop by to shop and tell Esmaeil hello!!!Thank you soooo much!!ps. Bagels are better in the oven!!”

“I usually go to Maverik because the restrooms are clean and easy to access as a disabled person. This is not one of those Maveriks.The men's restroom is a single stall, so that's nice. But it was really difficult to avoid stepping in the old urine covering the floor around the toilet. And someone left a dolly in front of the bathroom door. I was able to get around it, but someone in a wheelchair would not have been able to get in.”

“Monday 2/13 9am On a Monday, Solitude resort is minimally busy. We stopped by an also minimally busy Alpine coffee at 8am (got super crowded by 845am) and didn't touch my coffee for how short the drive was. The car next to us was having a cookout on a Coleman. The minor trek to the parking kiosks was icy. There was a parking attendant handing out discounts for cars with 2 or more people. This brought the fare down from $20 to $10. The lift ticket was $120 for military (the $111 is probably without tax) but I probably could have gotten away with a beginner's lift ticket ($89). The rentals folks were awesome. They explained everything to me and I was in and out in a flash. The green run to the right is probably a bunny. I loved it. And the guys who set the chairs for us gave us all sorts of positive affirmations. It was really great. The green run to the left is a green with some areas that felt blue. That was my first run before I realized my boots were too loose. I was having a hell of a time turning my right ski. I would be down to come back on a Monday!”

“I live in the neighborhood and frequent this store for gas, snack and treat runs. They have a great staff who my kids and I always look forward to seeing and I like that they don’t have frequent turnover so many of the employees have been there for quite some time (sign of a good manager). The manager does a great job running the shop and the reason for my review is I was there recently and there was a customer giving them a very hard time because the stores supply of Diet Coke was gone. He repeatedly filled up cups with ice and kept putting the soda water, that he already knew had no Diet Coke into his cup. He repeated this 4 or 5 times and would then repeated over and over again “there’s a problem with the Diet Coke”… there was even a sign on the front of the machine stating it was out of order. He would then would dispose of his cup and start over. The staff was incredibly patient with him and I just wanted to make this post to tell them thank you for their continued service and patience. I am proud to have a team such as them working in my neighborhood.”
