“This was such an incredible toy store! They had a wonderful selection, wonderful employees! We have a similar store in North Carolina in Greensboro, but this store I feel like had a lot more varied selection, some really good Legos, good Monster Jam selection, a lot of cool puzzles and a lot of unicorn themed toys for my daughter.
Great find today!”
“Helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They also helped my daughter get a better toy because the one she picked didnt feel how it was supposed to so they wouldnt sell the bad toy to her! It was great to see her learn that honestly in all business is important!”
“Very nice selection of Star Wars, Harry Potter, Marvel and even some Lone Ranger and Lord of the Rings minifigures. The discontinued sets for sale were great today! I got lucky today and picked up a set that I missed out on years ago!”
“I don't know how I haven't been to this store sooner! This will be my new go to for kids gifts as well as anything for teachers. They have an incredible selection of learning games and toys as well as School curriculum to prepare your kids to be successful in their elementary years! Common in person and see all your options!”
“Such a cute and delightful gift shop! JouJou offers a wonderful selection of gifts and kids’ toys, with collections inspired by different cultures and places around the world. Everything feels thoughtfully curated—unique, playful, and charming. Perfect for finding special gifts for children (and honestly, adults too). A lovely stop while visiting the Grand America, especially during the holidays.”
“I had a great experience at the Red Balloon Toy Store in City Creek Mall while doing some last minute Christmas shopping. I was greeted immediately and the staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Thank you to McKenna, Keenan, and the gentleman at the counter whose name I believe was Jeremy. Such friendly and helpful service. I will definitely be back.
I hope they all get good Xmas bonuses ❤❤❤”
“There is a Lego store in the Salt Lake City Airport. How cool is that? They have small sets that you might be able to build on the fold-down tray in front of you on an airplane, and really big sets that I bet will just barely fit in an overhead bin. They also have a nice assortment of the mining keychains. What a cool souvenir you could pick up for the Lego fan in your life!”
“Nice flight exhibit that was opened at the museum. The admission right now because of COVID is $5 per person which isn't bad just wish they had all the other floors opened but due to the pandemic only the first floor is open at the moment. Staff is friendly and many interactive activities for kids and adults.”
“Quality product and amazing customer service! Always extremely willing to answer any questions and accommodate orders even if they're last minute. Excellent prices on everything and a great variety.”
“we had a piercing appointment for my 8-year-old and sara was so amazing. she was quick and helped my daughter not be so scared. i would recommend her and this store to anyone! thank you Sara!”
“I presented an annoyingly complex series of trade-ins, purchases with coupons, and returns to this location and the employee who helped me, Cog, handled my requests (as well as others) in a very busy store, juggling phone calls all the while with efficiency, composure, and grace. My only complaint is that the store might be understaffed in comparison to how busy it is, but they do seem to be hiring, and that seems in line with other gamestops I've visited. Thanks Cog!”

“Great service. Sucks in 2026 we have to have purchase limit quantities on product but but not the shops fault it's hard to get product in. Will return, prices are as good as I have found so far in the area”
