“Shout out to employee (possibly a manager?), Evelyn at the Taylorsville, Utah Value Vault! She went above and beyond by helping me when I called the store thinking I was missing something from what I bought in store today. She pulled receipts & video & even sent it to me. She was so amazing and deserves a raise! She has excellent customer service and communication skills! What a fun store! I will definitely be back and I hope management gives Evelyn the biggest raise ever for going above and beyond!”

“I was running late for a pickup order. They close at 8pm and I got there at 8:01pm. The young lady there open the door for me and was able to give me my order. I really appreciate the customer service because I couldn't pick up my order any other day. Great service!!”
