Walking in you’re not getting the Ritz, you are getting mechanics that want you to have a reliable car to get you from point A to B. My Jeep Cherokee overheated. I called them the next day, because of a recommendation. They had me in for a diagnostic. They were friendly and explained everything they checked. They explained common problems with my vehicle, and suggested things to look for. I trust this outfit. If you call and they don’t answer they call right back. Good experience.”

“I purchased a 1970 Pontiac GTO that was converted from an automatic to a manual transmission in Oregon. The mechanic that did that work really hosed me. Explaining what happened to Jimmy and Randy at Intermountain Trans, they were able to squeeze me in, figure out exactly what went wrong, and fix it. It actually took a little less time than they quoted me, and they charged me a reasonable price. The previous mechanic also messed up the brakes which IntermountainTrans was able to correct. All-in-all, I'm quite happy with the level of communication, service, and price that I was charged. I would recommend IntermountainTrans to anyone else!”

“It was Labor Day Monday, and most of the national repair shops were closed in Salt Lake City, my family and I were driving in our Sienna pulling our Corolla from Sacramento, CA to Rockford, IL, but on our way coming down the hills the Sienna braking system was acting up, I search for a shop in the area, but everybody was closed for the holiday, then I found D-R Auto repair, I called and spoke to Uziel, I explained the situation, I brought the car over it, Uziel told me it will be done by 6pm, he did work on it had my car ready before 6p, drove all the way to Illinois with no problem, great service, great communication, great job, thank you Uziel!”

“A while ago, my car’s battery and alternator went bad, and I took it to this shop for repairs. After the alternator was replaced, my A/C stopped working, but they fixed it for me at no extra cost. Later, my battery light came on again, so I brought the car back — they found some parts inside hadn’t been cleaned properly, thoroughly cleaned them, and also took care of the blower to make sure it worked perfectly, all for free. Throughout the process, they were responsible, patient, and never tried to pass the blame. I really appreciate their professionalism and great service.”
“I took my pickup in to have the AC worked on they got it working and I took it home. Later I realized it wasn't working properly with the control switch, so I took it back and they found the problem after 2 days of working on it they fixed it and only charged me for the part. Any other place I believe would have charged me for all the work they did in those two days trying to figure out why it wasn't working properly they are great people they are honest and they do a great job.”
