Walking in you’re not getting the Ritz, you are getting mechanics that want you to have a reliable car to get you from point A to B. My Jeep Cherokee overheated. I called them the next day, because of a recommendation. They had me in for a diagnostic. They were friendly and explained everything they checked. They explained common problems with my vehicle, and suggested things to look for. I trust this outfit. If you call and they don’t answer they call right back. Good experience.”

My car’s timing belt tensioner was rattling I called and they took me in same day, replaced the belt, water pump at half the cost of the dealer’s price, all within 24 hours in and out. Thanks Mike! “I purchased a 1970 Pontiac GTO that was converted from an automatic to a manual transmission in Oregon. The mechanic that did that work really hosed me. Explaining what happened to Jimmy and Randy at Intermountain Trans, they were able to squeeze me in, figure out exactly what went wrong, and fix it. It actually took a little less time than they quoted me, and they charged me a reasonable price. The previous mechanic also messed up the brakes which IntermountainTrans was able to correct. All-in-all, I'm quite happy with the level of communication, service, and price that I was charged. I would recommend IntermountainTrans to anyone else!”

Even though I made it there as they were closing they took my truck in and gave me an idea of what they thought was going on. We had a trip planned in the next 5 days and needed the truck to pull our trailer. They quickly finished the repairs and the price was reasonable in my opinion. “I took my pickup in to have the AC worked on they got it working and I took it home. Later I realized it wasn't working properly with the control switch, so I took it back and they found the problem after 2 days of working on it they fixed it and only charged me for the part. Any other place I believe would have charged me for all the work they did in those two days trying to figure out why it wasn't working properly they are great people they are honest and they do a great job.”
