One of my best experiences with a bank , Erika Fonseca helped me with something that I really wanted to fix, she was very professional and patient with the process and my concerns. I highly recommend this branch also the branch manager was very kind and they have a nice teamwork.

I went in and asked Erica (I think that’s what her name is) to see if I would qualify for a new credit card. Instead of just verifying like I asked, she signed me up and opened up a line. Very upset and just now had to take a hit to my credit card with closing out the credit card. She was very off putting when talking... read full comment
