Mrs Russian is the worst customer service that I ever seen she is rude and yelling at customers. She claimed that usps discontinued providing tracking number for envelopes and shred my envelope label by force today.i had to go to redwood office people there are super nice they were laughing of what Mrs Russian Lyuda had told me . I will never go back to that office of west temple

Me like so many other it seems, are having issues with the staff among other issues. I have been coming here consistently for a couple of weeks, to drop off my packages for business. A couple of packages say they are still being held at this location, and the front desk lady (blonde and Russian?) was VERY rude to me. I was just trying to understand why and how they haven’t been sent out. And she insisted that there was nothing I could do. Will no longer be back to this location…

EVERY TIME I come in here, I am welcomed and these wonderful folks cannot do enough for me! I switched from another PO that actually is closer to where I live, but while the Front Desk staff there was great, the Mail Delivery service is ATROCIOUS! They've lost $100 of my packages and I've gotten in return are excuses and flat out lies! South Salt Lake, even though less convenient, is a load off my mind! Kudos to 'em all! They're GREAT! (in my best Tony the Tiger voice : > )

I was utilizing USPS to receive a rare piece of literature. From what I know this was the last piece before it could be considered lost media. I paid for priority delivery, and a month later I still haven't received it. When contacting this facility they said they lost track of it, despite the delivery address being within 10 miles of this facility. USPS contributed to the loss of history through their incompetence.

Every time I am expecting a package that they are delivering, they say they cannot access my delivery location. I have had issues with the last 3 of 4 packages they were set to deliver, despite living at the location for over a year.

I could write an entire review about the rude employee mentioned in the other reviews, but this is about packages not being scanned. If I don't ask for a receipt (which the employee mentioned in other reviews argues with me that it's not needed), packages aren't being scanned when they leave. Two of the three times I've dropped off packages without getting a receipt, there is at least one in the pile that doesn't get scanned when they leave the building. It shows my customers that I printed a label but USPS is still waiting for the package. It will show that for days without any updates while another package I dropped off at the same time was scanned and shows updates. This location is convenient for me but I think I'll start going out of my way for it to be done correctly.

The service is horrible and they always lose my email. I have been waiting for the title of my car for 4 weeks and it has not appeared. They also lost all my bills and have not arrived for 2 months.
