I resided in Nevada, injuried in Utah where an infection set in. This pharmacy customer service and helpfulness was simply great from the customer service staff along with the pharmacist. A nice change from some I have visited in my home state.

I had a great experience at the Walgreens in SLC at 4515 S 900 E. Tina was incredibly helpful and kind. She greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions, and made sure I found everything I needed. Excellent customer service!

This pharmacy is useless, the drive through is always closed and that sucks when you have a screaming 3year old in pain you now have to take inside, and they close early on a random Tuesday at four so now I have to drive to another location. When the sign outside says open til 8? 4 hours early to close on a Tuesday no holiday? Come on, open the drive through. And maybe greet people when they walk up to the pharmacy so it's not all awkward, horrible customer service.

I ordered some photo prints and one poster board. I order photos from Walgreens often and I’ve never had a problem. This time, I get in my car to look at my photos and the picture on my poster was completely crooked and majority of my pictures were completely blurry, and the lady said she didn’t know why. She refunded the poster but had no explanation, I had to leave to go pick up my kids so I didn’t have time to argue with her or have her reprint everything but she said she couldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t come out blurry again. This is the first time I’ve ordered from this location. This location happens to be right by my work. I usually order from a different location close to my house so I am going to re-order the photos there and I’m sure that I will have no problems because I never have.

Rude customer service but I did get what I came for. Rhonda was clearly having a rough day, which I get working in customer service can be brutal, but her unfriendliness was uncalled for.

This is the worst Wallgreens, and that says a lot since Wallgreens as a whole is the worst.
This location has a posted hours in their store as temporary hours, but it has been that way for almost a year.
The pharmacists call out a lot closing the pharmacy.
The technicians call out a lot so they cannot run the drive thru.
I tried to move my prescription to another Wallgreens for the last 8 months, but they cannot seem to do their jobs and get it done. And only transferring a few of my prescriptions. Thus I have to deal with running around back and forth with two pharmacies for my set of prescriptions.
I got a message that my prescriptions are ready for pickup, but then found again that it was not transferred to the other Wallgreens. Fed up with Wallgreens as a whole I went to Amazon to get my prescriptions filled there. Well, they actually denied transferring my prescriptions and stated to Amazon it was due to them being expired. This is a LIE, because they have a prescription filled waiting for me.
This has gone past just a bad review, and is time for a complaint to the state board of pharmacy.
Run!!! Do not walk to another pharmacy (and not just another Wallgreens)
