They never answer the phone. I have to wait upwards of 30 minutes every time I call. If I need help with a prescription, I need to physically go in.

Honestly, I don’t know where the workers were but me and some other people sat there for 15 minutes waiting at the register to check out.. We looked down aisles and no one was to be found until a gal came out from the back along with another employee.

Called and waited on hold for 20 minutes only to have the staff hang up on me as soon as they picked up. Called back only to have to wait another 20 minutes in the same queue. Once someone actually answered the phone, service was fast and expedient, however.
