Ace Hardware Sandy is a locally owned and helpful hardware store. It is known for its friendly people and personal service, where customers feel recognized. The store offers quality products and a convenient layout, carrying specific parts that bigger stores do not, such as items for old plumbing and evaporative coolers. It is a good store for small needs, supported by knowledgeable local experts. While generally praised, there have been rare instances where order confirmations were inaccurate. Overall, it is considered the best place over big box stores for its community focus and understanding of local needs.
