I love this Ace, the people, the products and the layout of the store. Besides that, y face is recognized and friendly conversation always ensues during a visit.

I skip this store and go to Draper even though this one is right next to my house.
I have never had an online order go through here. They all get cancelled. The staff here also seems to want the place to go under. My wife has joked that they must be hired by the big box stores to work undercover and make the store fail.
Kind of sad because its so close by.

Evan was so sweet and kind I pre ordered 5 gallon paint that was $300 by the way and two associates I guess confirmed my order and lied about having it. You guys need to promote Evan for wasting mine and his time.

Wow! Imagine they actually carry parts you need!!!! It's the best place over any big box.... I support local business. They actually know what utahns need! I needed an evaporative (swamp) cooler pully they're the only place who stock all parts necessary for swamp coolers.

My elderly mother went in for a few items and needed some help choosing a potting soil. The woman who was working was extremely rude to her and had zero interest in suggesting a product. When asked if someone could carry it to her car (she's in her 80's) she was told she had to make up her mind on what she wanted 1st. This is an area with a large elderly population. It's a very sad day if you can't give better customer service than Lowes or Home Depot. You may want to work on your customer service if you don't want to continually bleed customers to the big block stores. My household will not be back as much as I prefer to support smaller stores.

got on the computer to see if they had an item i was looking for, and they had several types, went to the store and they did not stock any of the items i was looking for, was told i have to buy on line. I won't shop on line for something i cannot see and make a choice of while i have it in hand. if they do not want to keep items in their stores, i will just do all of my shopping someplace else! Whats the point if they won't keep items in their stores to make a choice from.

Great hardware store with nice and friendly people. Also they have things to fix old plumbing stuff like plumbing faucets and so one they the others don't. ??

We arrived to order soil that is on sale. The salesperson was the least helpful person I've dealt with. She lied saying the sale was over, wouldn't help us order the product, wouldn't call another location. We went to the murray location. They were very helpful our soil is on the way. We'll never consider shoping at the sandy store again, the woman should be terminated.

This is the last time I’m going to give Ace the benefit of the doubt. There is not a single helpful hardware store employee there. They have nothing in stock and everything is constantly broken. Customer service is nonexistent. No thanks.

Sent my wife to this location to pickup a drill bit for me while I worked on a project. Vickie rudely informed her, with her military ID present, that only customers “who actually served in the military” were to receive a military discount. That’s ok, Lowe’s down the road proudly honors my wife’s service while I served two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Went looking for a couple items today. Looked on internet and it listed items as in stock and available. Was unable to find the items I was looking for. Ask the female cashier for help. She was texting on her phone at the front register. When I asked for help finding my items she acted as if I was annoying her. She said over on that wall. I said I looked already and since no one was at the register could she help. No luck. I was on my own. Not very friendly nor helpful. I left and found my items at a store down the street. Will never go back to this store again.
