Yesterday I went by there to see if they could give me an estimate of repairing my front side bumper and Susan went out and buffed it out. When I went to see it you’d never know it was even there. I asked what I owed and they said nothing. If I ever need car repair in the future I’d definitely would take my car there again!”

“I had a great experience working with Chad and Jose at Maaco in Sandy. I’ve had a lot of shops work on my cars and I had never tried Maaco. They went over and above, and the results came out well above my expectations! I’m glad to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a solid paint job. My 2006 Volvo had serious sun damage and the hood was pitted. These guys did a really nice job matching the hood to the fenders and they also resprayed a few trim pieces that came out really nice. Overall 5 stars for value and professionalism!”

“My daughter is interning in Salt Lake this summer thru Univ Utah and I live in Texas. On two occasions in the last two weeks, she has experienced car issues. First a cam sensor needed replacement, next an alternator. Both incidents occurred on Sundays. Both times I phoned this store and found the manager, Robyn to exceed any expectations and offered to meet with my daughter in the store to explain to her what was needed and why. Robyn also made herself available for my follow-up calls. Appreciate Robyns intentionality as it relates to customer service! Highly recommend this location.”

“I want to give a shout out to Tasha for helping us out even though she asked for help from the 3 in the back 2 guys and a girl that were on red shirts. she hurried and finished with the commercial desk and hurried and jumped over to the line of about six of us. I couldn’t be more thankful being stressed out in a situation where she is the only one helping while the other chit chatting she didn’t go get them. she asked for them for quite some time and they ignored her. They were in the back and not really helping up front or even trying to come help. She had all of us up front out in about 15 minutes using two computers and getting us helped, I always see when she is the manager on duty she don’t hesitate. I have seen this on multiple occasions. Every time I come in and I always make it a point to let her know she is doing a great job. I think she needs some recognition and to let this stand out she jumps into action all the time with her being bilingual she is always helping whether multitasking in front and grabbing parts for two customers at a time. I want her to know she really impressed me and I will always be the one to let her know. When I come in. I also want to point out I had a not common issue and she helped me search on google for the nearest place to find a connector that was out of stock she didn’t stop at the computer she researched and made it happen. Also another occasion I was worried about getting a set of car seat covers. she showed me where the buckles would go and showed me how it would be placed and I told her I am elderly and not sure how this would work she didn’t hesitate to walk outside and put them on the whole set front to back. I couldn’t thank her enough! She is a great employee! I will always go back to her if I need help researching any parts! Way to go Tasha. Your a great person! Thanks for helping my dad.”

“I want to address all the reviews regarding doesn't answer phone, shop locked up, etc. Karl is a one man show, a highly sought after mechanic who knows his parts, electrical and engineering better than anyone I have come across. Yes, the shop stays locked 24/7, however, there is a ring doorbell on the side door to the shop, simply knock or give it a ring and he will address you rather quickly. Again, as a 1 man show, it takes time to build quality. Time for part arrival due to supply chain post-covid. When you enter the world of classic muscle car restoration, high performance builds, there is an insurmountable amount of details that MUST be paid attention too, otherwise things can go wrong very quickly. Quality and speed do not go together. You want something done ASAP, awesome however youre likely going to wait. At any given time, the shop wait list is around 6-9 months, just to start a project. Your best bet, is to perform the work yourself and ask questions along the way. Please be considerate of all I have mentioned. People bring their cars from all over the country, specifically for him to work on them. I am one of those people. I am beyond happy with the turnout of my vehicle and all the support, knowledge and troubleshooting he has provided along the way.”
