I have been using adaptive equipment for r most of my life, when I started driving back in the 80s when hand controls we really sketchy at Best. And over the past probably 15 years I’ve been using portable hand controls, however after a couple of close calls in the last few months I decided it was time to go back to professionally mounted hand controls. So I called Mobility Works and went down there to take a look at options for safer hand washing controls that I was currently using.. Joe and. Andrew, showed me what was out there in new technology for driving. As most of us know that use hand controls it always comes down to convenience and cost. Mobility Works gets 10 stars when it comes to those two factors that I look for.
Andrew, the tech that installed them has been in the industry for over 20 years and really cares about the way in which he mounts your hand controls in your vehicle! Another thing that makes Mobility Works, a great place to go is that if you need an accessible van with a ramp or lift, this is your company hands-down the best Mobility company I’ve ever used. The hand controls they installed in my vehicle are simply easy to use ,and remarkably they didn’t even have to cut into my dash. So from there, Rental of accessible vans and the selling of accessible vehicles you cannot go wrong with these guys go above and beyond and are very professional. The price is great. The technician is amazing. Thanks again, Andrew,, for not destroying my car :-). Joe and Andrew, please keep up the great customer service!!!!

“I recently rented from this location and dealt with Kaden. I had an issue where I needed to exchange my vehicle and an employee supposedly was going to help me, she took down my info, said she would find a vehicle for me and would notify me when it was ready. By the following day I hadnt heard from her and when I called, nobody knew about my issue so I had to start all over again. When I called I talked to Kaden, even though we got off on the wrong foot, he promptly resolved my issue and got me into a car I liked and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Not only that, he gave me a gave me a free upgrade. The following day I wanted to get into a different vehicle and once again Kaden jumped on it and when I got there he had 3 cars for me chose from and in less then 10 minutes I was out again. This is why this is one of my favorite locations. I would definitely recommend.”
“Affordable rental car was by far the easiest rental car agency out there. They were quick to pick up and drop off. They were the most affordable place to rent a car. They even called us more than once to make sure we had a ride to the location since we were flying in and rented from the state street location. The workers were so down to earth and nice. We had one little issue with the car too and they did a great job at resolving the issue. We will definitely be renting from them when we go to SLC! If you want to save a headache you should too.”
“The day before heading out for a camping trip my personal truck had an issue. Enterprise Truck Rental helped me get a truck that could tow my trailer and saved our vacation. Lisa was very helpful and checked in with me to make sure the truck was working as planned. I would 100% use these guys if you need to rent a truck.”

We were then able to return our rental vehicle to the South Jordan location.
I’m giving 4 stars because the South Jordan location, we did not have the best experience. We book through Costco travel.
1. The first time we booked at the South Jordan Budget we waited for almost an hour and then they didn’t have our vehicle.
Finally they brought one from another location and it was smaller than what we booked, I was so frustrated I didn’t even care at that point.
2. When we came to just drop off this vehicle, just drop it off not pick up. They called us a few hours before our drop off time, to ask if we can drop it off early, stating we don’t have to but just asking if we can.”

“I have used Enterprise before and they have always been great, but I would like to particularly give a shout out to the Sandy location and more specifically Jack. He was the most kind, friendly, and accommodating rep I have ever worked with at Enterprise. He truly went above and beyond making sure I wasn't over charged and explaining their processes. Even though Sandy is not the closest location to me, I will be going back to that location just to work with Jack!”
