“Absolutely amazing experience. Had some body work done and 11 months later it peeled. Chad took care of it, no sweat. Picked it up and it had to be jumped, drove down the street to get groceries and came out to leave, car was completely dead again. Chad sent his guy to jump us again and stayed in contact making absolute share we were good after driving for another 30 minutes..... I can't think of another shop in the valley that would be this good to it's customers!”

“Rented a crossover last minute through Costco/Enterprise and they were very helpful! The Midvale location called ahead to confirm the reservation and answer any questions. And when I called to extend the rental the guy I talked to was able to do it completely over the phone. The two people who helped me in person were Kyra and Corrine. Both were very nice and helpful. Would definitely use this location again.”

“I am so grateful for Glen and the thoroughness he and Stephanie extended to my daughter and I the entire experience. She was hit and needed a rental, but was unable to qualify because she is 18.Glen helped with creative solutions to make it happen.. I ended up renting the vehicle and my daughter used mine. He made sure I was aware of things I was signing and made sure we had insurance off the lot.I ended up in a minor fender bender during the rental, and was working on it with my insurance company a week prior to drop-off.When I came to bring it in and parked, an employee named Nick was just getting into his car behind me and super rud. He angrily told me they were closed (I was dropping the keys off after-hour). I told him I could bring back the keys tomorrow then instead of dropping them off if he wanted, but when he saw the minor damage (already being handled) he freaked out and didn't even ask if we were okay.Luckily, he took us in to Glen, to tattle I assume, like "now this is your problem," and Glen took care of us once again. Cool, calm, collected, customer service always, Glen.Thanks man for not making me feel like a criminal and making sure to ask if we were okay! I will definitely rent from this location again.....but If you get Nick, just decline and ask for Glen or Stephanie!Thanks guys!”

“Kevin and Melissa helped my circumstances, way beyond my expectations. I had accepted the insurance adjusters decision to provide a small rental vehicle while my premium Avalon was being repaired for the next 2-3 weeks. The insurance company had accepted liability for an accident leaving me without transportation. I really could care less what I drive, except that my parents (90yr old/86yr old) live with me and I am their transportation. Getting into a small car for them is difficult. Kevin called the insurance company and got a full-sized car (still seems small compared the the luxury of an Avalon) BUT, wow, can't believe the initiative taken to make a difference for my elderly parents. Super helpful. Thank you!”

“That was the easiest, quickest, most pain-free check-in experience of my life. The gentleman here was quick, kind, didn’t try to push me on any of the extras, and even said they were running a promo coupon now for free chip and flat tire service so he could put it on the rental for free.I was in and out with key in hand in less than 5 minutes. Honestly a little blown away, this will definitely become my new go-to rental store in Utah. Thanks!”

“Ok… where to begin. First off this was my first time renting a car. I went online and selected under lehi because that’s close to where I was dropping off my own vehicle to be fixed. I arrived at hertz and right off noticed there really wasn’t many rental cars considering when I booked online under that location there were tons. I got inside and spoke to who I believe introduced himself as Dan . Now the process to get your car is very easy and painless which I liked. I had an employee discount through my company but he said he found me a lower rate because my car was in the shop. Now here is where the problem starts… he says he doesn’t have a mid sedan and tells me I’m getting an upgrade. I get a BMW X1 and Im happier than Christmas morning. He goes out takes pics and looks at mileage, does NOT check the inside settings at all. I drive away and after 15 min in the car I realize I can see my breath and the heat setting is not working. I have a 18 month old In the car and he’s freezing . I call the hertz agent and tell him the heat is not working. He tells me to Google it … I tell him sure I will toverify I’m not an idiot and don’t know hot from cold. Still not working . I called hertz again and politely ask if I can return the car for something with heat he states we are closing and there are no other options. Minutes later a complete blizzard hits. There’s no auto defrost so I can’t see out of my front window to drive . Somehow by the grace of god and 5 mph and my head out the window I make it to my place. At this point I’m locked out of my house when I realize my house key is with the auto shop in af so the only way to get in is to drive back to the auto shop without heat or auto defrost it’s not happening. So I call hertz and am transferred 20 times until I get roadside assistance . The agent takes an hour to process this call then tells me a tow truck will be there in 60 min I get the text it says 120 min…. I have my brother coming to get me so I can get my baby to safety . They tell me I can’t leave I have to wait in or by the car with no heat. My brother gets there and we both call to see where the tow truck is after the time has passed. Well the tow truck driver canceled the tow because of weather go figure and I got no information on this. So I waited for nothing. They said they could get me a replacement but I would have to drive to Provo in the blizzard or Uber . The next day the car is picked up. 4 days later I receive a call .. from hertz in lehi telling me they need the car returned? After explaining the whole story to her I find out she is a manager from the saltlake store place at the lehi one to help the store since it’s struggling … makes since. She is awesome and great and within 10 min I receive my money back. It’s because of her I even continue to use hertz because this situation before her left me not ever wanting to return. I appreciate her just taking the time to listen and rectify the issue .”
