This bank is USELESS!!! The people who work at this branch are nothing but rude. I walk in, and I am waiting forever because the two workers are gossiping, clearly talking poorly about a customer at the driverthru window. All they do is tell you that you can do it online, when in fact you cannot. They're lazy. Don't go here and this is the last straw. Switching my bank from this god awful institution.

Wrost branch ever! Avoid at all cost. The employees have an attitude issue. This was the wrost trip of all times getting change. First off the guy kept walking away from drive throw because it was unsure if I got helped yet. Than they assume me not being a chase customer everytime I come in. I don't come to this bank in less its in emergency and im out of change. I was stuck in drive throw for over 30 mins. They didn't listen to the account name and had to ask me for it 5 times. After it was all done I said I have never had issues got I go to this branch and in the middle of my sentence the banker cuts me off and doesn't let me finish my sentence. I have had been a chase customer for 10 . Also the business I work has been a customer for the same time .

I've tried calling their number and no one ever answers. It's hard to get an appointment to see someone to open another account. I'm looking at the reviews in yelp and now I see that I just need to go somewhere else. Yikes!

Lady there with blond tips on her hair seems racist. She said she can only help those who have an account with Chase...DUHHHH THATS WHY IM HERE!! Why else would I come to Chase for? To look at how dirty some of you look? annoying. I went thru the drive-thru window & the lady is on her phone probably scrolling through Facebook and then the next lady comes & helps with an attitude. Y'all deserve 1 star for that type of customer service. Get it together Chase. Need more professional training.

This location is one of the best chase locations I have visited. They were fast, extremely friendly and went above and beyond in making sure my accounts were right for me. This visit I came in to request new checks for a change in address and the teller made sure I got what I needed and printed off extra checks to use. Super helpful since I needed those checks that same day and didn't have to worry about waiting for the order to arrive in the mail.

I have been to lots of different banks in my life and have come to a conclusion that a bank is only as good as its employees on a local level. With that said, this branch has the absolutely best employees I have ever encountered. The branch manager, Joey, loves her employees and is great on customer service. Every single employee at that branch is great to work with. The bad apples seem to get processed out. From Lori to Tara, from Melanie to McKenzie and all the other "friends" I have made, I look forward to my visits to this branch. Thanks for making my banking experience what it is. Side note---steer clear of the draper branch by the wal mart.....definitely the opposite of this branch! :)

Horrible attitude from a "personal banker" who said she was too busy to help me (I was a walk in at 9am) because she needed to log on to her computer. While standing in line for 10 minutes, watching her open her emails, I was asked by several people if they could help me. Because I said I needed a personal banker for my transaction, they had me wait for her. When the third person asked me, she barged in and said loudly "I TOLD HER I WOULD HELP HER WHEN I WAS DONE!" And then she rolled her eyes. As if I was third person.

I pulled into the third drive thru to cash a check. The person at the window said over the intercom. We don't use the third lane anymore...that's funny I thought since there wasn't any sign. He then helped me in lane number 1 after helping a gentleman taht came into the bank after me.
