I’ve had to go back a couple of times to adjust the frames so they would fit properly. He has offered excellent customer service every time.”

The lady in the garden center was okay...
The "supervisor/key carrier guy at customer service" was okay...
But "Mike" went beove and beyond his duty, to be extra nice while taking care of me at customer service.

“New Sandy location that took over Barnes & Noble by the Sandy Target. Huge store with a great children’s shoe selection. Only took 1 star off because of a few unprofessional employees. Didn’t catch names but around 8:30pm on Nov 27, there were a few dark haired men in the changing room lobby area just throwing profanity at each other and these weren’t guests, they were 100% employees. I saw some employees walk over to try and break up the situation but super unprofessional and they need to be fired.I wasn’t the only guests that was walking around and heard it all. Basically 2-3 employees bashing and swearing at each other. Everyone else I encountered was great, just not those in the changing room.Anyways I will go back because of their selection of children shoes & everything! Glad to finally see it open!”
